Hadith 7230 — Livre 94: Wishes
كتاب التمني
Rapporté par Jabir ibn `Abdullah : Nous étions avec le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) et nous avons pris l’Ihram pour le Hajj. Nous sommes arrivés à La Mecque le quatrième jour de Dhul-Hijja. Le Prophète (ﷺ) nous a ordonné de faire le Tawaf autour de la Ka`ba et le Sa`i entre As-Safa et Al-Marwa, puis d’utiliser notre Ihram seulement pour la `Umra et de quitter l’état d’Ihram, sauf si nous avions le Hadi avec nous. Aucun de nous n’avait le Hadi, sauf le Prophète (ﷺ) et Talha. `Ali est arrivé du Yémen avec le Hadi. `Ali a dit : « J’ai pris l’Ihram avec la même intention que le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ). » Les gens ont dit : « Comment pouvons-nous aller à Mina alors que nous sommes dans cet état ? » Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Si j’avais su auparavant ce que je viens d’apprendre récemment, je n’aurais pas amené le Hadi, et s’il n’était pas avec moi, j’aurais quitté l’Ihram. » Suraqa ibn Malik a rencontré le Prophète (ﷺ) pendant qu’il lançait des cailloux à Jamrat-Al-`Aqaba et a demandé : « Ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! Est-ce seulement permis pour nous ? » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a répondu : « Non, c’est pour toujours. » `Aisha était arrivée à La Mecque alors qu’elle avait ses règles, donc le Prophète (ﷺ) lui a ordonné de faire toutes les étapes du Hajj sauf le Tawaf autour de la Ka`ba, et de ne pas prier tant qu’elle n’était pas purifiée. Quand ils se sont arrêtés à Al-Batha, `Aisha a dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! Tu repars après avoir fait le Hajj et la `Umra, alors que moi je ne fais que le Hajj ? » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a donc demandé à `Abdur-Rahman ibn Abou Bakr As-Siddiq de l’accompagner à at-Tan`im, et elle a ainsi pu faire la `Umra en Dhul-Hijja après les jours du Hajj

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَلَبَّيْنَا بِالْحَجِّ وَقَدِمْنَا مَكَّةَ لأَرْبَعٍ خَلَوْنَ مِنْ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ، فَأَمَرَنَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ نَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ، وَأَنْ نَجْعَلَهَا عُمْرَةً وَلْنَحِلَّ، إِلاَّ مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ هَدْىٌ قَالَ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَ أَحَدٍ مِنَّا هَدْىٌ غَيْرَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَطَلْحَةَ، وَجَاءَ عَلِيٌّ مِنَ الْيَمَنِ مَعَهُ الْهَدْىُ فَقَالَ أَهْلَلْتُ بِمَا أَهَلَّ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالُوا نَنْطَلِقُ إِلَى مِنًى وَذَكَرُ أَحَدِنَا يَقْطُرُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنِّي لَوِ اسْتَقْبَلْتُ مِنْ أَمْرِي مَا اسْتَدْبَرْتُ مَا أَهْدَيْتُ، وَلَوْلاَ أَنَّ مَعِي الْهَدْىَ لَحَلَلْتُ ". قَالَ وَلَقِيَهُ سُرَاقَةُ وَهْوَ يَرْمِي جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلَنَا هَذِهِ خَاصَّةً قَالَ " لاَ بَلْ لأَبَدٍ ". قَالَ وَكَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ قَدِمَتْ مَكَّةَ وَهْىَ حَائِضٌ، فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ تَنْسُكَ الْمَنَاسِكَ كُلَّهَا، غَيْرَ أَنَّهَا لاَ تَطُوفُ وَلاَ تُصَلِّي حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ، فَلَمَّا نَزَلُوا الْبَطْحَاءَ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَتَنْطَلِقُونَ بِحَجَّةٍ وَعُمْرَةٍ وَأَنْطَلِقُ بِحَجَّةٍ. قَالَ ثُمَّ أَمَرَ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ أَنْ يَنْطَلِقَ مَعَهَا إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ، فَاعْتَمَرَتْ عُمْرَةً فِي ذِي الْحَجَّةِ بَعْدَ أَيَّامِ الْحَجِّ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:We were in the company of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and we assumed the state of Ihram of Hajj and arrived at Mecca on the fourth of Dhul-Hijja. The Prophet (ﷺ) ordered us to perform the Tawaf around the Ka`ba and (Sa`i) between As-Safa and Al-Marwa and use our Ihram just for `Umra, and finish the state of Ihram unless we had our Hadi with us. None of us had the Hadi with him except the Prophet (ﷺ) and Talha. `Ali came from Yemen and brought the Hadi with him. `Ali said, 'I had assumed the state of Ihram with the same intention as that with which Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had assumed it. The people said, "How can we proceed to Mina and our male organs are dribbling?" Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If I had formerly known what I came to know latterly, I would not have brought the Hadi, and had there been no Hadi with me, I would have finished my Ihram." Suraqa (bin Malik) met the Prophet (ﷺ) while he was throwing pebbles at the Jamrat-Al-`Aqaba, and asked, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Is this (permitted) for us only?" The Prophet (ﷺ) replied. "No, it is forever" `Aisha had arrived at Mecca while she was menstruating, therefore the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered her to perform all the ceremonies of Hajj except the Tawaf around the Ka`ba, and not to perform her prayers unless and until she became clean . When they encamped at Al-Batha, `Aisha said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! You are proceeding after performing both Hajj and `Umra while I am proceeding with Hajj only?" So the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered `Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Bakr As-Siddiq to go with her to at-Tan`im, and so she performed the `Umra in Dhul-Hijja after the days of the Hajj

ہم سے حسن بن عمر جرمی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یزید بن زریع بصریٰ نے، ان سے حبیب بن ابی قریبہ نے، ان سے عطاء بن ابی رباح نے، ان سے جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ( حجۃ الوداع کے موقع پر ) ساتھ تھے، پھر ہم نے حج کے لیے تلبیہ کہا اور 4 ذی الحجہ کو مکہ پہنچے، پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمیں بیت اللہ اور صفا اور مروہ کے طواف کا حکم دیا اور یہ کہ ہم اسے عمرہ بنا لیں اور اس کے بعد حلال ہو جائیں ( سوا ان کے جن کے ساتھ قربانی کا جانور ہو وہ حلال نہیں ہو سکتے ) بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے سوا ہم میں سے کسی کے پاس قربانی کا جانور نہ تھا اور علی رضی اللہ عنہ یمن سے آئے تھے اور ان کے ساتھ بھی ہدی تھی اور کہا کہ میں بھی اس کا احرام باندھ کر آیا ہوں جس کا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے احرام باندھا ہے، پھر دوسرے لوگ کہنے لگے کہ کیا ہم اپنی عورتوں کے ساتھ صحبت کرنے کے بعد منیٰ جا سکتے ہیں؟ ( اس حال میں کہ ہمارے ذکر منی ٹپکاتے ہوں؟ ) نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس پر فرمایا کہ جو بات مجھے بعد میں معلوم ہوئی اگر پہلے ہی معلوم ہوتی تو میں ہدی ساتھ نہ لاتا اور اگر میرے ساتھ ہدی نہ ہوتی تو میں بھی حلال ہو جاتا۔ بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سراقہ بن مالک نے ملاقات کی۔ اس وقت آپ بڑے شیطان پر رمی کر رہے تھے اور پوچھا یا رسول اللہ! ( کیا ) یہ ہمارے لیے خاص ہے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ نہیں بلکہ ہمیشہ کے لیے ہے۔ بیان کیا کہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا بھی مکہ آئی تھیں لیکن وہ حائضہ تھیں تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں تمام اعمال حج ادا کرنے کا حکم دیا، صرف وہ پاک ہونے سے پہلے طواف نہیں کر سکتی تھیں اور نہ نماز پڑھ سکتی تھیں۔ جب سب لوگ بطحاء میں اترے تو عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا: یا رسول اللہ! کیا آپ سب لوگ عمرہ و حج دونوں کر کے لوٹیں گے اور میرا صرف حج ہو گا؟ بیان کیا کہ پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی بکر صدیق رضی اللہ عنہ کو حکم دیا کہ عائشہ کو ساتھ لے کر مقام تنعیم جائیں۔ چنانچہ انہوں نے بھی ایام حج کے بعد ذی الحجہ میں عمرہ کیا۔
