Hadith 7169 — Livre 93: Judgments (Ahkaam)

Rapporté par Um Salama : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Je ne suis qu’un être humain, et vous venez à moi avec vos litiges ; il se peut que l’un de vous présente son cas de façon plus convaincante que l’autre, et je rends mon jugement selon ce que j’entends. Donc, si jamais je juge par erreur et que je donne le droit d’un frère à un autre, alors ce dernier ne doit pas le prendre, car je ne lui donne en réalité qu’un morceau de Feu. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ ابْنَةِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ، وَإِنَّكُمْ تَخْتَصِمُونَ إِلَىَّ، وَلَعَلَّ بَعْضَكُمْ أَنْ يَكُونَ أَلْحَنَ بِحُجَّتِهِ مِنْ بَعْضٍ فَأَقْضِي نَحْوَ مَا أَسْمَعُ، فَمَنْ قَضَيْتُ لَهُ بِحَقِّ أَخِيهِ شَيْئًا فَلاَ يَأْخُذْهُ، فَإِنَّمَا أَقْطَعُ لَهُ قِطْعَةً مِنَ النَّارِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Um Salama:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "I am only a human being, and you people (opponents) come to me with your cases; and it may be that one of you can present his case eloquently in a more convincing way than the other, and I give my verdict according to what I hear. So if ever I judge (by error) and give the right of a brother to his other (brother) then he (the latter) should not take it, for I am giving him only a piece of Fire." (See Hadith No. 638, Vol)

ہم سے عبداللہ بن مسلمہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے امام مالک نے، ان سے ہشام نے، ان سے ان کے والد نے، ان سے زینب بنت ابی سلمہ نے اور ان سے ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”بلاشبہ میں ایک انسان ہوں، تم میرے پاس اپنے جھگڑے لاتے ہو ممکن ہے تم میں سے بعض اپنے مقدمہ کو پیش کرنے میں فریق ثانی کے مقابلہ میں زیادہ چرب زبان ہو اور میں تمہاری بات سن کر فیصلہ کر دوں تو جس شخص کے لیے میں اس کے بھائی ( فریق مخالف ) کا کوئی حق دلا دوں، چاہئے کہ وہ اسے نہ لے کیونکہ یہ آگ کا ایک ٹکڑا ہے جو میں اسے دیتا ہوں۔
