Hadith 7167 — Livre 93: Judgments (Ahkaam)

Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Un homme est venu voir le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) alors qu’il était dans la mosquée, et il l’a interpellé en disant : « Ô Messager d’Allah ! J’ai commis un acte sexuel interdit. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a détourné son visage, mais lorsque l’homme a témoigné contre lui-même à quatre reprises, le Prophète (ﷺ) lui a dit : « Es-tu fou ? » L’homme a répondu : « Non. » Alors le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit à ses compagnons : « Emmenez-le et lapidez-le à mort. »

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ أَتَى رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهْوَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَنَادَاهُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي زَنَيْتُ. فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ. فَلَمَّا شَهِدَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ أَرْبَعًا قَالَ " أَبِكَ جُنُونٌ ". قَالَ لاَ. قَالَ " اذْهَبُوا بِهِ فَارْجُمُوهُ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:A man came to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) while he was in the mosque, and called him, saying, "O Allah's Apostle! I have committed illegal sexual intercourse." The Prophet (ﷺ) turned his face to the other side, but when the man gave four witnesses against himself, the Prophet (ﷺ) said to him, "Are you mad?" The man said, "No." So the Prophet (ﷺ) said (to his companions), "Take him away and stone him to death
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے یحییٰ بن بکیر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے لیث بن سعد نے بیان کیا، ان سے عقیل نے، ان سے ابن شہاب نے، ان سے ابوسلمہ نے، ان سے سعید بن مسیب نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ ایک شخص رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا، نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مسجد میں تھے اور انہوں نے آپ کو آواز دی اور کہا: یا رسول اللہ! میں نے زنا کر لیا ہے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے منہ موڑ لیا لیکن جب اس نے اپنے ہی خلاف چار مرتبہ گواہی دی تو آپ نے اس سے پوچھا کیا تم پاگل ہو؟ اس نے کہا کہ نہیں، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ انہیں لے جاؤ اور رجم کر دو۔
