Rapporté par Abi Waih : Hudhayfa ibn Al-Yaman a dit : « Les hypocrites d'aujourd'hui sont pires que ceux du temps du Prophète, car à cette époque ils faisaient le mal en cachette, alors qu'aujourd'hui ils le font ouvertement. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ وَاصِلٍ الأَحْدَبِ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ بْنِ الْيَمَانِ، قَالَ إِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ الْيَوْمَ شَرٌّ مِنْهُمْ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانُوا يَوْمَئِذٍ يُسِرُّونَ وَالْيَوْمَ يَجْهَرُونَ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abi Waih:Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman said, 'The hypocrites of today are worse than those of the lifetime of the Prophet, because in those days they used to do evil deeds secretly but today they do such deeds openly

ہم سے آدم بن ابی ایاس نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے واصل احدب نے، ان سے ابووائل نے اور ان سے حذیفہ بن الیمان نے بیان کیا کہ آج کل کے منافق نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے کے منافقین سے بدتر ہیں۔ اس وقت چھپاتے تھے اور آج اس کا کھلم کھلا اظہار کر رہے ہیں۔
