Hadith 7045 — Livre 91: Interpretation of Dreams

Rapporté par Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri : J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) dire : « Si l’un de vous fait un rêve qu’il aime, cela vient d’Allah. Qu’il remercie Allah pour cela et qu’il le raconte aux autres. Mais s’il fait un rêve qu’il n’aime pas, cela vient de Satan. Qu’il demande la protection d’Allah contre ce rêve et qu’il ne le raconte à personne, ainsi il ne lui fera pas de mal. »

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، وَالدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ خَبَّابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمُ الرُّؤْيَا يُحِبُّهَا، فَإِنَّهَا مِنَ اللَّهِ، فَلْيَحْمَدِ اللَّهَ عَلَيْهَا، وَلْيُحَدِّثْ بِهَا، وَإِذَا رَأَى غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ مِمَّا يَكْرَهُ، فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ، فَلْيَسْتَعِذْ مِنْ شَرِّهَا، وَلاَ يَذْكُرْهَا لأَحَدٍ، فَإِنَّهَا لَنْ تَضُرَّهُ "
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri:I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "If anyone of you saw a dream which he liked, then that was from Allah, and he should thank Allah for it and tell it to others; but if he saw something else, i.e, a dream which he did not like, then that is from Satan and he should seek refuge with Allah from it and should not tell it to anybody for it will not harm him
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے ابراہیم بن حمزہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا مجھ سے ابن ابی حازم اور دراوردی نے بیان کیا، ان سے یزید نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبداللہ بن خباب نے اور ان سے ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ نے، انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص خواب دیکھے جسے وہ پسند کرتا ہو تو وہ اللہ کی طرف سے ہوتا ہے اور اس پر اسے اللہ کی تعریف کرنا چاہئیے اور اسے بیان بھی کرنا چاہئیے اور جب کوئی خواب ایسا دیکھے جسے وہ ناپسند کرتا ہو تو وہ شیطان کی طرف سے ہے اور اسے چاہئیے کہ اس کے شر سے اللہ کی پناہ مانگے اور اس کا ذکر کسی سے نہ کرے، کیونکہ وہ اسے ہرگز نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکے گا۔
