Hadith 7020 — Livre 91: Interpretation of Dreams

Rapporté par le père de Salim : À propos du rêve du Prophète où il a vu Abu Bakr et `Umar : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « J’ai vu (en rêve) que les gens s’étaient rassemblés. Puis Abu Bakr s’est levé et a tiré un ou deux seaux d’eau (d’un puits) et il y avait de la faiblesse dans sa façon de tirer — qu’Allah lui pardonne. Ensuite, Ibn Al-Khattab s’est levé, et le seau est devenu très grand, et je n’ai jamais vu un homme aussi fort accomplir un travail aussi difficile. Il a tiré tellement d’eau que les gens ont bu à leur soif, ont abreuvé leurs chameaux, puis, après avoir étanché leur soif, ils se sont assis près de l’eau. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ رُؤْيَا النَّبِيِّ، صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ قَالَ " رَأَيْتُ النَّاسَ اجْتَمَعُوا فَقَامَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَنَزَعَ ذَنُوبًا أَوْ ذَنُوبَيْنِ، وَفِي نَزْعِهِ ضَعْفٌ وَاللَّهُ يَغْفِرُ لَهُ، ثُمَّ قَامَ ابْنُ الْخَطَّابِ، فَاسْتَحَالَتْ غَرْبًا فَمَا رَأَيْتُ مِنَ النَّاسِ يَفْرِي فَرْيَهُ، حَتَّى ضَرَبَ النَّاسُ بِعَطَنٍ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Salim's father:about the Prophet's dream in which he has seen Abu Bakr and `Umar: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I saw (in a dream) that the people had gathered. Then Abu Bakr stood up and pulled out one or two buckets full of water (from a well) and there was weakness in his pulling -- may Allah forgive him. Then Ibn Al- Khattab stood up, and the bucket turned into a very large one and I have never seen any strong man among the people doing such a hard job. He pulled out so much water that the people (drank to their satisfaction) and watered their camels to their fill, (and then after quenching their thirst) they sat beside the water

ہم سے احمد بن یونس نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے زہیر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے موسیٰ نے بیان کیا، ان سے سالم نے، ان سے ان کے والد نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ابوبکر و عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کے خواب کے سلسلے میں فرمایا کہ میں نے لوگوں کو دیکھا کہ جمع ہو گئے ہیں پھر ابوبکر کھڑے ہوئے اور ایک یا دو ڈول پانی کھینچا اور ان کے کھینچنے میں کمزوری تھی، اللہ ان کی مغفرت کرے۔ پھر عمر بن خطاب کھڑے ہوئے اور وہ بڑا ڈول بن گیا۔ میں نے لوگوں میں سے کسی کو اتنی مہارت کے ساتھ پانی نکالتے نہیں دیکھا یہاں تک کہ لوگوں نے حوض بھر لیے۔
