كتاب الحيل
Rapporté par 'Amr bin Ash-Sharid : Abu Rafi' a vendu une maison à Sa'd bin Malik pour quatre cents mithqals d’or, et il a dit : « Si je n’avais pas entendu le Prophète ﷺ dire : “Le voisin a plus de droits à l’égard de son voisin (que quiconque d’autre)”, je ne te l’aurais pas vendue. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ، أَنَّ أَبَا رَافِعٍ، سَاوَمَ سَعْدَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ بَيْتًا بِأَرْبَعِمِائَةِ مِثْقَالٍ وَقَالَ لَوْلاَ أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِصَقَبِهِ ". مَا أَعْطَيْتُكَ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Amr bin Ash-Sharid:Abu Rafi` sold a house to Sa`d bin Malik for four-hundred Mithqal of gold, and said, "If I had not heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, 'The neighbor has more right to be taken care of by his neighbor (than anyone else),' then I would not have sold it to you
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا ‘ کہا ہم سے یحییٰ نے بیان کیا ‘ ان سے سفیان نے ‘ ان سے ابراہیم بن میسرہ نے بیان کیا ‘ ان سے عمرو بن شرید نے کہ ابورافع رضی اللہ عنہ نے سعد بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کو ایک گھر چار سو مثقال میں بیچا اور کہا کہ اگر میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے یہ نہ سنا ہوتا کہ پڑوسی حق پڑوس کا زیادہ حقدار ہے تو میں آپ کو یہ گھر نہ دیتا ( اور کسی کے ہاتھ بیچ ڈالتا ) ۔
