Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Il ne faut pas empêcher les autres d’abreuver leurs animaux avec le surplus de son eau, afin de ne pas les empêcher de profiter aussi du surplus d’herbe. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يُمْنَعُ فَضْلُ الْمَاءِ لِيُمْنَعَ بِهِ فَضْلُ الْكَلإِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "One should not prevent others from watering their animals with the surplus of his water in order to prevent them from benefiting by the surplus of grass

ہم سے اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، کہ ہم سے امام مالک نے، ان سے ابوالزناد نے، ان سے اعرج نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”بچا ہوا بےضرورت پانی اس لیے نہ روکا جائے کہ اس کی وجہ سے بچی ہوئی گھاس بھی بچی رہے ( اس میں بھی حیلہ سازی سے روکا گیا ہے ) ۔
