Hadith 539 — Livre 9: Times of the Prayers
كتاب مواقيت الصلاة
Rapporté par Abu Dhar Al-Ghifar : Nous étions avec le Prophète (ﷺ) en voyage et le muezzin voulait appeler à la prière de Zuhr. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Attends qu’il fasse plus frais. » Il a voulu de nouveau appeler plus tard, mais le Prophète (ﷺ) lui a dit : « Attends qu’il fasse plus frais jusqu’à ce que nous voyions l’ombre des collines. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a ajouté : « La chaleur intense vient de la fournaise de l’Enfer, alors par temps très chaud, faites la prière (Zuhr) quand il fait plus frais. »

حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُهَاجِرٌ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ، مَوْلًى لِبَنِي تَيْمِ اللَّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ الْغِفَارِيِّ، قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي سَفَرٍ، فَأَرَادَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ أَنْ يُؤَذِّنَ لِلظُّهْرِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَبْرِدْ ". ثُمَّ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُؤَذِّنَ فَقَالَ لَهُ " أَبْرِدْ ". حَتَّى رَأَيْنَا فَىْءَ التُّلُولِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ شِدَّةَ الْحَرِّ مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ، فَإِذَا اشْتَدَّ الْحَرُّ فَأَبْرِدُوا بِالصَّلاَةِ ". وَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ تَتَفَيَّأُ تَتَمَيَّلُ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Dhar Al-Ghifar:We were with the Prophet (ﷺ) on a journey and the Mu'adh-dhin (call maker for the prayer) wanted to pronounce the Adhan (call) for the Zuhr prayer. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'Let it become cooler." He again (after a while) wanted to pronounce the Adhan but the Prophet (ﷺ) said to him, "Let it become cooler till we see the shadows of hillocks." The Prophet (ﷺ) added, "The severity of heat is from the raging of the Hell-fire, and in very hot weather pray (Zuhr) when it becomes cooler
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے آدم بن ابی ایاس نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے بنی تیم اللہ کے غلام مہاجر ابوالحسن نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ میں نے زید بن وہب جہنی سے سنا، وہ ابوذر غفاری رضی اللہ عنہ سے نقل کرتے تھے کہ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم ایک سفر میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ تھے۔ مؤذن نے چاہا کہ ظہر کی اذان دے۔ لیکن آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ وقت کو ٹھنڈا ہونے دو، مؤذن نے ( تھوڑی دیر بعد ) پھر چاہا کہ اذان دے، لیکن آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ ٹھنڈا ہونے دو۔ جب ہم نے ٹیلے کا سایہ ڈھلا ہوا دیکھ لیا۔ ( تب اذان کہی گئی ) پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ گرمی کی تیزی جہنم کی بھاپ کی تیزی سے ہے۔ اس لیے جب گرمی سخت ہو جایا کرے تو ظہر کی نماز ٹھنڈے وقت میں پڑھا کرو۔ ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے فرمایا «يتفيئو» ( کا لفظ جو سورۃ النحل میں ہے ) کے معنے «تتميل» ( جھکنا، مائل ہونا ) ہیں۔
