حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَعْلَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ خَرَجْتُ فِي غَزْوَةٍ، فَعَضَّ رَجُلٌ فَانْتَزَعَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ، فَأَبْطَلَهَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ya`la:I went out in one of the Ghazwa and a man bit another man and as a result, an incisor tooth of the former was pulled out. The Prophet (ﷺ) cancelled the case

ہم سے ابوعاصم نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابن جریج نے، ان سے عطاء نے، ان سے صفوان بن یعلیٰ نے اور ان سے ان کے والد نے کہ میں ایک غزوہ میں باہر تھا اور ایک شخص نے دانت سے کاٹ لیا تھا جس کی وجہ سے اس کے آگے کے دانت ٹوٹ گئے تھے پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس مقدمہ کو باطل قرار دے کر اس کی دیت نہیں دلائی۔
