Rapporté par Anas bin Malik : Un Juif a écrasé la tête d’une fille entre deux pierres. On a demandé à la fille : « Qui t’a fait cela ? Untel ou untel ? » (Plusieurs noms lui ont été proposés) jusqu’à ce que le nom de ce Juif soit mentionné, et elle a acquiescé. On a amené le Juif devant le Prophète (ﷺ), qui l’a interrogé jusqu’à ce qu’il avoue, puis sa tête a été écrasée avec des pierres

حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ يَهُودِيًّا، رَضَّ رَأْسَ جَارِيَةٍ بَيْنَ حَجَرَيْنِ، فَقِيلَ لَهَا مَنْ فَعَلَ بِكِ هَذَا أَفُلاَنٌ أَوْ فُلاَنٌ حَتَّى سُمِّيَ الْيَهُودِيُّ، فَأُتِيَ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَلَمْ يَزَلْ بِهِ حَتَّى أَقَرَّ بِهِ، فَرُضَّ رَأْسُهُ بِالْحِجَارَةِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Anas bin Malik:A Jew crushed the head of a girl between two stones, and the girl was asked, "Who has done that to you, so-and-so or so and so?" (Some names were mentioned for her) till the name of that Jew was mentioned (whereupon she agreed). The Jew was brought to the Prophet (ﷺ) and the Prophet (ﷺ) kept on questioning him till he confessed, whereupon his head was crushed with stones
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے حجاج بن منہال نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ہمام بن یحییٰ نے بیان کیا، ان سے قتادہ نے اور ان سے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ ایک یہودی نے ایک لڑکی کا سر دو پتھروں کے درمیان رکھ کر کچل دیا پھر اس لڑکی سے پوچھا گیا کہ یہ کس نے کیا ہے؟ فلاں نے، فلاں نے؟ آخر جب اس یہودی کا نام لیا گیا ( تو لڑکی نے سر کے اشارہ سے ہاں کہا ) پھر یہودی کو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے یہاں لایا گیا اور اس سے پوچھ گچھ کی جاتی رہی یہاں تک کہ اس نے جرم کا اقرار کر لیا چنانچہ کا سر بھی پتھروں سے کچلا گیا۔
