Hadith 6870 — Livre 87: Blood Money (Ad-Diyat)

Rapporté par `Abdullah bin `Amr : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Les plus grands péchés sont : associer d’autres à Allah dans l’adoration, manquer de respect à ses parents », ou il a dit : « prêter un faux serment. » (Le sous-narrateur, Shu`ba, n’est pas sûr.) Mu`adh a dit : Shu`ba a dit : « Les plus grands péchés sont : (1) associer d’autres à Allah dans l’adoration, (2) prêter un faux serment, (3) manquer de respect à ses parents », ou il a dit : « tuer quelqu’un injustement. »

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْكَبَائِرُ الإِشْرَاكُ بِاللَّهِ، وَعُقُوقُ الْوَالِدَيْنِ ". أَوْ قَالَ " الْيَمِينُ الْغَمُوسُ ". شَكَّ شُعْبَةُ. وَقَالَ مُعَاذٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ " الْكَبَائِرُ الإِشْرَاكُ بِاللَّهِ، وَالْيَمِينُ الْغَمُوسُ، وَعُقُوقُ الْوَالِدَيْنِ ". أَوْ قَالَ " وَقَتْلُ النَّفْسِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Al-Ka`ba'ir (the biggest sins) are: To join others (as partners) in worship with Allah, to be undutiful to one's parents," or said, "to take a false oath." (The sub-narrator, Shu`ba is not sure) Mu`adh said: Shu`ba said, "Al-Ka`ba'ir (the biggest sins) are: (1) Joining others as partners in worship with Allah, (2) to take a false oath (3) and to be undutiful to one's parents," or said, "to murder (someone unlawfully)

مجھ سے محمد بن بشار نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا، ہم سے محمد بن جعفر نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے فراس نے، ان سے شعبی نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”کبیرہ گناہ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک ٹھہرانا، والدین کی نافرمانی کرنا یا فرمایا کہ ناحق دوسرے کا مال لینے کے لیے جھوٹی قسم کھانا ہیں۔“ شک شعبہ کو تھا اور معاذ نے بیان کیا، ان سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، کہا کبیرہ گناہ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک ٹھہرانا، کسی کا مال ناحق لینے کے لیے جھوٹی قسم کھانا اور والدین کی نافرمانی کرنا یا کہا کہ کسی کی جان لینا۔
