كتاب الحدود
Rapporté par `Abdur-Rahman bin Jabir : D’après d’autres personnes, le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Aucun châtiment ne doit dépasser dix coups de fouet, sauf si la personne a commis un crime qui nécessite une peine légale prescrite par Allah. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ جَابِرٍ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ عُقُوبَةَ فَوْقَ عَشْرِ ضَرَبَاتٍ إِلاَّ فِي حَدٍّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اللَّهِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdur-Rahman bin Jabir:On the authority of others, that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No Punishment exceeds the flogging of the ten stripes, except if one is guilty of a crime necessitating a legal punishment prescribed by Allah
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے عمرو بن علی نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے فضیل بن سلیمان نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے مسلم بن ابی مریم نے بیان کیا، کہا مجھ سے عبدالرحمٰن بن جابر نے ان صحابی سے بیان کیا جنہوں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا تھا کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”اللہ تعالیٰ کی حدود میں سے کسی حد کے سوا مجرم کو دس کوڑے سے زیادہ کی سزا نہ دی جائے۔“
