Hadith 6804 — Livre 86: Limits and Punishments set by Allah (Hudood)

Rapporté par Anas : Un groupe de personnes de la tribu de `Ukl est venu voir le Prophète (ﷺ) et ils vivaient avec les gens d’As-Suffa, mais ils sont tombés malades car le climat de Médine ne leur convenait pas. Ils ont alors dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! Donne-nous du lait. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Je ne vois pas d’autre solution pour vous que d’utiliser les chamelles du Messager d’Allah. » Ils sont donc partis boire le lait et l’urine des chamelles (comme remède) et ils ont retrouvé la santé et ont grossi. Ensuite, ils ont tué le berger et se sont enfuis avec les chamelles. Lorsqu’une personne est venue demander de l’aide au Messager d’Allah, il a envoyé des hommes à leur poursuite et ils ont été capturés et amenés avant midi. Le Prophète a ordonné que des morceaux de fer soient chauffés au rouge, leurs yeux ont été marqués avec ces fers, et leurs mains et pieds ont été coupés sans être cautérisés. Ensuite, ils ont été déposés dans un endroit appelé Al-Harra, et quand ils ont demandé de l’eau à boire, on ne leur en a pas donné jusqu’à leur mort. (Abu Qilaba a dit : « Ces gens ont commis un vol, un meurtre et se sont rebellés contre Allah et Son Messager. »)

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ وُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَدِمَ رَهْطٌ مِنْ عُكْلٍ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانُوا فِي الصُّفَّةِ، فَاجْتَوَوُا الْمَدِينَةَ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَبْغِنَا رِسْلاً. فَقَالَ " مَا أَجِدُ لَكُمْ إِلاَّ أَنْ تَلْحَقُوا بِإِبِلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ". فَأَتَوْهَا فَشَرِبُوا مِنْ أَلْبَانِهَا وَأَبْوَالِهَا حَتَّى صَحُّوا وَسَمِنُوا، وَقَتَلُوا الرَّاعِيَ وَاسْتَاقُوا الذَّوْدَ، فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم الصَّرِيخُ، فَبَعَثَ الطَّلَبَ فِي آثَارِهِمْ، فَمَا تَرَجَّلَ النَّهَارُ حَتَّى أُتِيَ بِهِمْ، فَأَمَرَ بِمَسَامِيرَ فَأُحْمِيَتْ فَكَحَلَهُمْ وَقَطَعَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَرْجُلَهُمْ، وَمَا حَسَمَهُمْ، ثُمَّ أُلْقُوا فِي الْحَرَّةِ يَسْتَسْقُونَ فَمَا سُقُوا حَتَّى مَاتُوا. قَالَ أَبُو قِلاَبَةَ سَرَقُوا وَقَتَلُوا وَحَارَبُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Anas:A group of people from `Ukl (tribe) came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and they were living with the people of As- Suffa, but they became ill as the climate of Medina did not suit them, so they said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Provide us with milk." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, I see no other way for you than to use the camels of Allah's Apostle." So they went and drank the milk and urine of the camels, (as medicine) and became healthy and fat. Then they killed the shepherd and took the camels away. When a help-seeker came to Allah's Apostle, he sent some men in their pursuit, and they were captured and brought before mid day. The Prophet ordered for some iron pieces to be made red hot, and their eyes were branded with them and their hands and feet were cut off and were not cauterized. Then they were put at a place called Al- Harra, and when they asked for water to drink they were not given till they died. (Abu Qilaba said, "Those people committed theft and murder and fought against Allah and His Apostle)

ہم سے موسیٰ بن اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، ان سے وہیب بن خالد نے بیان کیا، ان سے ایوب سختیانی نے، ان سے ابوقلابہ نے اور ان سے انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ قبیلہ عکل کے کچھ لوگ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس سنہ ۶ ھ میں آئے اور یہ لوگ مسجد کے سائبان میں ٹھہرے۔ مدینہ منورہ کی آب و ہوا انہیں موافق نہیں آئی۔ انہوں نے کہا: یا رسول اللہ! ہمارے لیے دودھ کہیں سے مہیا کرا دیں، نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ یہ تو میرے پاس نہیں ہے۔ البتہ تم لوگ ہمارے اونٹوں میں چلے جاؤ۔ چنانچہ وہ آئے اور ان کا دودھ اور پیشاب پیا اور صحت مند ہو کر موٹے تازے ہو گئے۔ پھر انہوں نے چرواہے کو قتل کر دیا اور اونٹوں کو ہنکا لے گئے۔ اتنے میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس فریادی پہنچا اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کی تلاش میں سوار بھیجے۔ ابھی دھوپ زیادہ پھیلی بھی نہیں تھی کہ انہیں پکڑ کر لایا گیا پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے حکم سے سلائیاں گرم کی گئیں اور ان کی آنکھوں میں پھیر دی گئیں اور ان کے ہاتھ پاؤں کاٹ دئیے گئے اور ان کے ( زخم سے خون کو روکنے کے لیے ) انہیں داغا بھی نہیں گیا۔ اس کے بعد وہ حرہ ( مدینہ کی پتھریلی زمین ) میں ڈال دئیے گئے، وہ پانی مانگتے تھے لیکن انہیں پانی نہیں دیا گیا۔ یہاں تک کہ وہ مر گئے۔ ابوقلابہ نے کہا کہ یہ اس وجہ سے کیا گیا تھا کہ انہوں نے چوری کی تھی، قتل کیا تھا اور اللہ اور اس کے رسول سے غدارانہ لڑائی لڑی تھی۔
