Hadith 6784 — Livre 86: Limits and Punishments set by Allah (Hudood)
كتاب الحدود
Rapporté par 'Ubada bin As-Samit : Nous étions avec le Prophète (ﷺ) dans une assemblée et il a dit : « Faites-moi allégeance que vous n’adorerez rien en dehors d’Allah, que vous ne volerez pas et que vous ne commettrez pas de relations sexuelles interdites. » Ensuite, le Prophète a récité tout le verset (c’est-à-dire 60:12). Le Prophète (ﷺ) a ajouté : « Celui d’entre vous qui respecte son engagement aura sa récompense auprès d’Allah ; et celui qui commet l’un de ces péchés et reçoit la punition légale pour cela, cette punition sera considérée comme une expiation pour ce péché. Mais celui qui commet l’un de ces péchés et qu’Allah le couvre, c’est à Allah de décider s’Il lui pardonne ou s’Il le punit. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ كُنَّا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي مَجْلِسٍ فَقَالَ " بَايِعُونِي عَلَى أَنْ لاَ تُشْرِكُوا بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَلاَ تَسْرِقُوا، وَلاَ تَزْنُوا ". وَقَرَأَ هَذِهِ الآيَةَ كُلَّهَا " فَمَنْ وَفَى مِنْكُمْ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا فَعُوقِبَ بِهِ، فَهْوَ كَفَّارَتُهُ، وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا، فَسَتَرَهُ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ، إِنْ شَاءَ غَفَرَ لَهُ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ عَذَّبَهُ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated 'Ubada bin As-Samit:We were with the Prophet (ﷺ) in a gathering and he said, 'Swear allegiance to me that you will not worship anything besides Allah, Will not steal, and will not commit illegal sexual intercourse." And then (the Prophet) recited the whole Verse (i.e. 60:12). The Prophet (ﷺ) added, 'And whoever among you fulfills his pledge, his reward is with Allah; and whoever commits something of such sins and receives the legal punishment for it, that will be considered as the expiation for that sin, and whoever commits something of such sins and Allah screens him, it is up to Allah whether to excuse or punish him

ہم سے محمد بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابن عیینہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے زہری نے، ان سے ابوادریس خولانی نے اور ان سے عبادہ بن صامت رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ ہم نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے یہاں ایک مجلس میں بیٹھے تھے تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ مجھ سے عہد کرو اللہ کے ساتھ کوئی شریک نہیں ٹھہراؤ گے، چوری نہیں کرو گے اور زنا نہیں کرو گے اور آپ نے یہ آیت پوری پڑھی ”پس تم میں سے جو شخص اس عہد کو پورا کرے گا اس کا ثواب اللہ کے یہاں ہے اور جو شخص ان میں سے غلطی کر گزرا اور اس پر اسے سزا ہوئی تو وہ اس کا کفارہ ہے اور جو شخص ان میں سے کوئی غلطی کر گزرا اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس کی پردہ پوشی کر دی تو اگر اللہ چاہے گا تو اسے معاف کر دے گا اور اگر چاہے گا تو اس پر عذاب دے گا۔“
