Hadith 6765 — Livre 85: Laws of Inheritance (Al-Faraa'id)

Rapporté par `Aisha : Sa`d bin Abi Waqqas et 'Abu bin Zam`a se disputaient au sujet d’un garçon. Sa`d a dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! Ce garçon est le fils de mon frère, `Utba bin Abi Waqqas, qui m’a demandé d’être son tuteur car il disait que c’était son fils. Regarde à qui il ressemble. » Et 'Abu bin Zam`a a dit : « C’est mon frère, ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! Il est né sur le lit de mon père, de sa servante. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a alors regardé le garçon et a remarqué qu’il ressemblait clairement à `Utba, puis il a dit : « Il est pour toi, ô 'Abu bin Zam`a, car l’enfant appartient au propriétaire du lit, et la pierre est pour l’adultère. Cache-toi devant le garçon, ô Sauda bint Zam`a. » `Aisha a ajouté : Depuis ce jour, Sauda ne l’a plus jamais vu

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ أَنَّهَا قَالَتِ اخْتَصَمَ سَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ وَعَبْدُ بْنُ زَمْعَةَ فِي غُلاَمٍ فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ هَذَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ابْنُ أَخِي عُتْبَةَ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عَهِدَ إِلَىَّ أَنَّهُ ابْنُهُ، انْظُرْ إِلَى شَبَهِهِ. وَقَالَ عَبْدُ بْنُ زَمْعَةَ هَذَا أَخِي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، وُلِدَ عَلَى فِرَاشِ أَبِي مِنْ وَلِيدَتِهِ. فَنَظَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى شَبَهِهِ فَرَأَى شَبَهًا بَيِّنًا بِعُتْبَةَ فَقَالَ " هُوَ لَكَ يَا عَبْدُ، الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ، وَاحْتَجِبِي مِنْهُ يَا سَوْدَةُ بِنْتَ زَمْعَةَ ". قَالَتْ فَلَمْ يَرَ سَوْدَةَ قَطُّ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Aisha:Sa`d bin Abi Waqqas and 'Abu bin Zam`a had a dispute over a boy. Sa`d said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! This (boy) is the son of my brother, `Utba bin Abi Waqqas who told me to be his custodian as he was his son. Please notice to whom he bears affinity." And 'Abu bin Zam`a said, "This is my brother, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! He was born on my father's bed by his slave girl." Then the Prophet (ﷺ) looked at the boy and noticed evident resemblance between him and `Utba, so he said, "He (the toy) is for you, O 'Abu bin Zam`a, for the boy is for the owner of the bed, and the stone is for the adulterer. Screen yourself before the boy, O Sauda bint Zam`a." `Aisha added: Since then he had never seen Sauda

ہم سے قتیبہ بن سعید نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے لیث نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابن شہاب نے، ان سے عروہ نے اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ سعد بن ابی وقاص اور عبد بن زمعہ رضی اللہ عنہا کا ایک لڑکے کے بارے میں جھگڑا ہوا۔ سعد رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ یا رسول اللہ! یہ میرے بھائی عتبہ بن ابی وقاص کا لڑکا ہے، اس نے مجھے وصیت کی تھی کہ یہ اس کا لڑکا ہے آپ اس کی مشابہت اس میں دیکھئیے اور عبد بن زمعہ نے کہا کہ میرا بھائی ہے یا رسول اللہ! میرے والد کے بستر پر ان کی لونڈی سے پیدا ہوا ہے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے لڑکے کی صورت دیکھی تو اس کی عتبہ کے ساتھ صاف مشابہت واضح تھی، لیکن آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، عبد! لڑکا بستر والے کا ہوتا ہے اور زانی کے حصہ میں پتھر ہیں اور اے سودہ بنت زمعہ! ( ام المؤمنین رضی اللہ عنہا ) اس لڑکے سے پردہ کیا کر چنانچہ پھر اس لڑکے نے ام المؤمنین کو نہیں دیکھا۔
