Hadith 6763 — Livre 85: Laws of Inheritance (Al-Faraa'id)
كتاب الفرائض
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Si quelqu'un meurt parmi les musulmans en laissant des biens, ces biens iront à ses héritiers ; et s'il laisse des dettes ou des personnes à charge, nous nous en occuperons. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ تَرَكَ مَالاً فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ، وَمَنْ تَرَكَ كَلاًّ فَإِلَيْنَا ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, " If somebody dies (among the Muslims) leaving some property, the property will go to his heirs; and if he leaves a debt or dependants, we will take care of them
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے ابوالولید نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عدی نے، ان سے ابوحازم نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”جس نے مال چھوڑا ( اپنی موت کے بعد ) وہ اس کے وارثوں کا ہے اور جس نے قرض چھوڑا ہے وہ ہمارے ذمہ ہے۔“
