Rapporté par Ibn `Umar : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Le Wala’ revient à celui qui affranchit l’esclave. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Umar:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The Wala' is for the manumitted (of the slave)

ہم سے اسماعیل بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ مجھ سے مالک نے بیان کیا، ان سے نافع نے اور ان سے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”ولاء اسی کے ساتھ قائم ہوتی ہے جو آزاد کر دے۔“
