Rapporté par Ibn `Umar : Un homme et sa femme ont eu un cas de Lian (ou Mula'ana) du vivant du Prophète (ﷺ), et l’homme a nié la paternité de l’enfant. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a décidé leur séparation (divorce), et l’enfant a alors été considéré comme appartenant uniquement à la femme

حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ قَزَعَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما أَنَّ رَجُلاً، لاَعَنَ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي زَمَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَانْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهَا فَفَرَّقَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَيْنَهُمَا، وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِالْمَرْأَةِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Umar:A man and his wife had a case of Lian (or Mula'ana) during the lifetime of the Prophet (ﷺ) and the man denied the paternity of her child. The Prophet (ﷺ) gave his verdict for their separation (divorce) and then the child was regarded as belonging to the wife only

مجھ سے یحییٰ بن قزعہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے مالک نے بیان کیا، ان سے نافع نے اور ان سے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ ایک شخص نے اپنی بیوی سے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانہ میں لعان کیا اور اس کے بچہ کو اپنا بچہ ماننے سے انکار کر دیا تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دونوں کے درمیان جدائی کرا دی اور بچہ عورت کو دے دیا۔
