Hadith 6744 — Livre 85: Laws of Inheritance (Al-Faraa'id)
كتاب الفرائض
Rapporté par Al-Bara : Le dernier verset du Coran qui a été révélé (au Prophète) était le dernier verset de la sourate An-Nisa, c’est-à-dire : « Ils te demandent un avis juridique : Dis : Allah donne Son avis à propos de ceux qui n’ont ni descendants ni ascendants comme héritiers. »

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ آخِرُ آيَةٍ نَزَلَتْ خَاتِمَةُ سُورَةِ النِّسَاءِ {يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلِ اللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِي الْكَلاَلَةِ}
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Al-Bara:The last Qur'anic Verse that was revealed (to the Prophet) was the final Verse of Surat-an-Nisa, i.e., 'They ask you for a legal verdict Say: Allah directs (thus) About those who leave No descendants or ascendants as heirs

ہم سے عبیداللہ بن موسیٰ نے بیان کیا، ان سے اسرائیل نے، ان سے ابواسحاق نے، ان سے براء رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ آخری آیت ( میراث کی ) سورۃ نساء کے آخر کی آیتیں نازل ہوئیں «يستفتونك قل الله يفتيكم في الكلالة» کہ ”آپ سے فتویٰ پوچھتے ہیں، کہہ دیجئیے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ تمہیں کلالہ کے بارے میں فتویٰ دیتا ہے۔“
