Hadith 6444 — Livre 81: To make the Heart Tender (Ar-Riqaq)

Rapporté par Abou Dhar : Alors que je marchais avec le Prophète (ﷺ) dans la région rocheuse de Médine, la montagne d’Uhud est apparue devant nous. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Ô Abou Dhar ! » J’ai répondu : « Me voici, ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! » Il a dit : « Je n’aimerais pas posséder de l’or équivalent à cette montagne d’Uhud, sauf si rien de tout cela, même pas un seul dinar, ne reste avec moi plus de trois jours, sauf ce que je garderais pour rembourser des dettes. J’aurais tout dépensé (distribué) parmi les serviteurs d’Allah comme ceci, comme ceci et comme ceci. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a alors fait un geste de la main vers sa droite, sa gauche et derrière lui pour illustrer. Il a continué à marcher et a dit : « Les riches sont en réalité les pauvres (peu récompensés) au Jour de la Résurrection, sauf ceux qui dépensent leur richesse comme ceci, comme ceci et comme ceci, à droite, à gauche et derrière eux, mais ces gens sont rares. » Puis il m’a dit : « Reste ici et ne bouge pas jusqu’à mon retour. » Il est parti dans l’obscurité de la nuit jusqu’à disparaître de ma vue, puis j’ai entendu une voix forte et j’ai eu peur qu’il soit arrivé quelque chose au Prophète (ﷺ). J’ai voulu aller vers lui, mais je me suis souvenu de ce qu’il m’avait dit : « Ne quitte pas ta place jusqu’à mon retour », alors je suis resté là jusqu’à ce qu’il revienne. J’ai dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! J’ai entendu une voix et j’ai eu peur. » Je lui ai raconté toute l’histoire. Il a dit : « Tu l’as entendue ? » J’ai répondu : « Oui. » Il a dit : « C’était Gabriel qui est venu à moi et a dit : “Quiconque meurt sans rien associer à Allah entrera au Paradis.” J’ai demandé (à Gabriel) : “Même s’il a volé ou commis un acte sexuel interdit ?” Gabriel a répondu : “Oui, même s’il a volé ou commis un acte sexuel interdit.” »

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ كُنْتُ أَمْشِي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي حَرَّةِ الْمَدِينَةِ فَاسْتَقْبَلَنَا أُحُدٌ فَقَالَ " يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ ". قُلْتُ لَبَّيْكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ. قَالَ " مَا يَسُرُّنِي أَنَّ عِنْدِي مِثْلَ أُحُدٍ هَذَا ذَهَبًا، تَمْضِي عَلَىَّ ثَالِثَةٌ وَعِنْدِي مِنْهُ دِينَارٌ، إِلاَّ شَيْئًا أُرْصِدُهُ لِدَيْنٍ، إِلاَّ أَنْ أَقُولَ بِهِ فِي عِبَادِ اللَّهِ هَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا ". عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ شِمَالِهِ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِ. ثُمَّ مَشَى فَقَالَ " إِنَّ الأَكْثَرِينَ هُمُ الأَقَلُّونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلاَّ مَنْ قَالَ هَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا ـ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ شِمَالِهِ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِ ـ وَقَلِيلٌ مَا هُمْ ". ثُمَّ قَالَ لِي " مَكَانَكَ لاَ تَبْرَحْ حَتَّى آتِيَكَ ". ثُمَّ انْطَلَقَ فِي سَوَادِ اللَّيْلِ حَتَّى تَوَارَى فَسَمِعْتُ صَوْتًا قَدِ ارْتَفَعَ، فَتَخَوَّفْتُ أَنْ يَكُونَ قَدْ عَرَضَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَرَدْتُ أَنْ آتِيَهُ فَذَكَرْتُ قَوْلَهُ لِي " لاَ تَبْرَحْ حَتَّى آتِيَكَ " فَلَمْ أَبْرَحْ حَتَّى أَتَانِي، قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَقَدْ سَمِعْتُ صَوْتًا تَخَوَّفْتُ، فَذَكَرْتُ لَهُ فَقَالَ " وَهَلْ سَمِعْتَهُ ". قُلْتُ نَعَمْ. قَالَ " ذَاكَ جِبْرِيلُ أَتَانِي فَقَالَ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ ". قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ " وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ ".

Narrated Abu Dhar:While I was walking with the Prophet (ﷺ) in the Harra of Medina, Uhud came in sight. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O Abu Dhar!" I said, "Labbaik, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)!" He said, "I would not like to have gold equal to this mountain of Uhud, unless nothing of it, not even a single Dinar of it remains with me for more than three days, except something which I will keep for repaying debts. I would have spent all of it (distributed it) amongst Allah's Slaves like this, and like this, and like this." The Prophet (ﷺ) pointed out with his hand towards his right, his left and his back (while illustrating it). He proceeded with his walk and said, "The rich are in fact the poor (little rewarded) on the Day of Resurrection except those who spend their wealth like this, and like this, and like this, to their right, left and back, but such people are few in number." Then he said to me, "Stay at your place and do not leave it till I come back." Then he proceeded in the darkness of the night till he went out of sight, and then I heard a loud voice, and was afraid that something might have happened to the Prophet (ﷺ) .1 intended to go to him, but I remembered what he had said to me, i.e. 'Don't leave your place till I come back to you,' so I remained at my place till he came back to me. I said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I heard a voice and I was afraid." So I mentioned the whole story to him. He said, "Did you hear it?" I replied, "Yes." He said, "It was Gabriel who came to me and said, 'Whoever died without joining others in worship with Allah, will enter Paradise.' I asked (Gabriel), 'Even if he had committed theft or committed illegal sexual intercourse? Gabriel said, 'Yes, even if he had committed theft or committed illegal sexual intercourse

ہم سے حسن بن ربیع نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابوالاحوص (سلام بن سلیم) نے بیان کیا، ان سے اعمش نے، ان سے زید بن وہب نے کہ ابوذرغفاری رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ مدینہ کے پتھریلے علاقہ میں چل رہا تھا کہ احد پہاڑ ہمارے سامنے آ گیا۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دریافت فرمایا: ابوذر! میں نے عرض کیا، حاضر ہوں یا رسول اللہ! آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ مجھے اس سے بالکل خوشی نہیں ہو گی کہ میرے پاس اس احد کے برابر سونا ہو اور اس پر تین دن اس طرح گذر جائیں کہ اس میں سے ایک دینار بھی باقی رہ جائے سوا اس تھوڑی سی رقم کے جو میں قرض کی ادائیگی کے لیے چھوڑ دوں بلکہ میں اسے اللہ کے بندوں میں اس طرح خرچ کروں اپنی دائیں طرف سے، بائیں طرف سے اور پیچھے سے۔ پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم چلتے رہے، اس کے بعد فرمایا، زیادہ مال جمع رکھنے والے ہی قیامت کے دن مفلس ہوں گے سوا اس شخص کے جو اس مال کو اس اس طرح دائیں طرف سے، بائیں طرف سے اور پیچھے سے خرچ کرے اور ایسے لوگ کم ہیں۔ پھر مجھ سے فرمایا، یہیں ٹھہرے رہو، یہاں سے اس وقت تک نہ جانا جب تک میں آ نہ جاؤں۔ پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم رات کی تاریکی میں چلے گئے اور نظروں سے اوجھل ہو گئے۔ اس کے بعد میں نے آواز سنی جو بلند تھی۔ مجھے ڈر لگا کہ کہیں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو کوئی دشواری نہ پیش آ گئی ہو۔ میں نے آپ کی خدمت میں پہنچنے کا ارادہ کیا لیکن آپ کا ارشاد یاد آیا کہ اپنی جگہ سے نہ ہٹنا، جب تک میں نہ آ جاؤں۔ چنانچہ جب تک نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تشریف نہیں لائے میں وہاں سے نہیں ہٹا۔ پھر آپ آئے میں نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! میں نے ایک آواز سنی تھی، مجھے ڈر لگا لیکن پھر آپ کا ارشاد یاد آیا۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دریافت فرمایا کیا تم نے سنا تھا؟ میں نے عرض کیا، جی ہاں۔ فرمایا کہ وہ جبرائیل علیہ السلام تھے اور انہوں نے کہا کہ آپ کی امت کا جو شخص اس حال میں مر جائے کہ اس نے اللہ کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ کیا ہو تو جنت میں جائے گا۔ میں نے پوچھا خواہ اس نے زنا اور چوری بھی کی ہو؟ انہوں نے کہا ہاں زنا اور چوری ہی کیوں نہ کی ہو۔
