Rapporté par Anas bin Malik : Le Prophète (ﷺ) disait : « Ô Allah ! Je cherche protection auprès de Toi contre l’inquiétude et la tristesse, contre l’incapacité et la paresse, contre la lâcheté et l’avarice, contre le poids des dettes et contre le fait d’être dominé par d’autres hommes. »

حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ، وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Anas bin Malik:The Prophet (ﷺ) used to say, "O Allah! I seek refuge with You from worry and grief, from incapacity and laziness, from cowardice and miserliness, from being heavily in debt and from being overpowered by (other) men." (See Hadith No)
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے خالد بن مخلد نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے سلیمان نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ مجھ سے عمرو بن ابی عمرو نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ میں نے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا، کہا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کہتے تھے «اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الهم والحزن، والعجز والكسل، والجبن والبخل، وضلع الدين، وغلبة الرجال» ”اے اللہ! میں تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں غم و الم سے، عاجزی سے، سستی سے، بزدلی سے، بخل، قرض چڑھ جانے اور لوگوں کے غلبہ سے۔“
