Hadith 494 — Livre 8: Prayers (Salat)

Rapporté par Ibn `Umar : Chaque fois que le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) sortait le jour de l’Aïd, il demandait qu’on plante une harba (une courte lance) devant lui (comme barrière pour sa prière), puis il priait en la prenant pour repère, les gens priant derrière lui, et il faisait de même en voyage. Après le Prophète (ﷺ), cette pratique a été suivie par les dirigeants musulmans qui ont suivi sa tradition

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا خَرَجَ يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ أَمَرَ بِالْحَرْبَةِ فَتُوضَعُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ، فَيُصَلِّي إِلَيْهَا وَالنَّاسُ وَرَاءَهُ، وَكَانَ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ فِي السَّفَرِ، فَمِنْ ثَمَّ اتَّخَذَهَا الأُمَرَاءُ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Umar:Whenever Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came out on `Id day, he used to order that a Harba [??] (a short spear) to be planted in front of him (as a Sutra for his prayer) and then he used to pray facing it with the people behind him and used to do the same while on a journey. After the Prophet (ﷺ) , this practice was adopted by the Muslim rulers (who followed his traditions)
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے اسحاق بن منصور نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے عبداللہ بن نمیر نے کہا کہ ہم سے عبیداللہ بن عمر نے نافع کے واسطہ سے بیان کیا۔ انہوں نے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب عید کے دن ( مدینہ سے ) باہر تشریف لے جاتے تو چھوٹے نیزہ ( برچھا ) کو گاڑنے کا حکم دیتے وہ جب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے آگے گاڑ دیا جاتا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اس کی طرف رخ کر کے نماز پڑھتے اور لوگ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پیچھے کھڑے ہوتے۔ یہی آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سفر میں بھی کیا کرتے تھے۔ ( مسلمانوں کے ) خلفاء نے اسی وجہ سے برچھا ساتھ رکھنے کی عادت بنا لی ہے۔
