كتاب الصلاة
Rapporté par `Ikrima : Ibn `Abbas m'a dit, à moi et à son fils `Ali : « Allez chez Abu Sa`id et écoutez ce qu'il raconte. » Nous y sommes allés et l'avons trouvé dans un jardin en train de s'en occuper. Il a pris son Rida', l'a mis sur lui, s'est assis et a commencé à raconter jusqu'à ce qu'il parle de la construction de la mosquée. Il a dit : « Nous portions une brique à la fois, tandis que `Ammar en portait deux. Le Prophète (ﷺ) l'a vu, a commencé à enlever la poussière de son corps et a dit : ‘Qu'Allah fasse miséricorde à `Ammar. Il invitera (ses meurtriers, le groupe rebelle) au Paradis et ils l'inviteront à l'Enfer.’ `Ammar a dit : ‘Je cherche protection auprès d'Allah contre l'épreuve.’ »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُخْتَارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، قَالَ لِي ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ وَلاِبْنِهِ عَلِيٍّ انْطَلِقَا إِلَى أَبِي سَعِيدٍ فَاسْمَعَا مِنْ حَدِيثِهِ. فَانْطَلَقْنَا فَإِذَا هُوَ فِي حَائِطٍ يُصْلِحُهُ، فَأَخَذَ رِدَاءَهُ فَاحْتَبَى، ثُمَّ أَنْشَأَ يُحَدِّثُنَا حَتَّى أَتَى ذِكْرُ بِنَاءِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَ كُنَّا نَحْمِلُ لَبِنَةً لَبِنَةً، وَعَمَّارٌ لَبِنَتَيْنِ لَبِنَتَيْنِ، فَرَآهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَيَنْفُضُ التُّرَابَ عَنْهُ وَيَقُولُ " وَيْحَ عَمَّارٍ تَقْتُلُهُ الْفِئَةُ الْبَاغِيَةُ، يَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ، وَيَدْعُونَهُ إِلَى النَّارِ ". قَالَ يَقُولُ عَمَّارٌ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Ikrima:Ibn `Abbas said to me and to his son `Ali, "Go to Abu Sa`id and listen to what he narrates." So we went and found him in a garden looking after it. He picked up his Rida', wore it and sat down and started narrating till the topic of the construction of the mosque reached. He said, "We were carrying one adobe at a time while `Ammar was carrying two. The Prophet (ﷺ) saw him and started removing the dust from his body and said, "May Allah be Merciful to `Ammar. He will be inviting them (i.e. his murderers, the rebellious group) to Paradise and they will invite him to Hell-fire." `Ammar said, "I seek refuge with Allah from affliction

ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے عبدالعزیز بن مختار نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے خالد حذاء نے عکرمہ سے، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ مجھ سے اور اپنے صاحبزادے علی سے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا کہ ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کی خدمت میں جاؤ اور ان کی احادیث سنو۔ ہم گئے۔ دیکھا کہ ابوسعید رضی اللہ عنہ اپنے باغ کو درست کر رہے تھے۔ ہم کو دیکھ کر آپ نے اپنی چادر سنبھالی اور گوٹ مار کر بیٹھ گئے۔ پھر ہم سے حدیث بیان کرنے لگے۔ جب مسجد نبوی کے بنانے کا ذکر آیا تو آپ نے بتایا کہ ہم تو ( مسجد کے بنانے میں حصہ لیتے وقت ) ایک ایک اینٹ اٹھاتے۔ لیکن عمار دو دو اینٹیں اٹھا رہے تھے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں دیکھا تو ان کے بدن سے مٹی جھاڑنے لگے اور فرمایا، افسوس! عمار کو ایک باغی جماعت قتل کرے گی۔ جسے عمار جنت کی دعوت دیں گے اور وہ جماعت عمار کو جہنم کی دعوت دے رہی ہو گی۔ ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ عمار رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے تھے کہ میں فتنوں سے اللہ کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔
