كتاب الصلاة
Rapporté par Abu Sa`id : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a vu des crachats sur le mur de la mosquée en direction de la Qibla et les a enlevés avec des cailloux. Ensuite, il a interdit de cracher devant soi ou à sa droite, mais l’a permis à gauche ou sous le pied gauche

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ،. أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَبْصَرَ نُخَامَةً فِي قِبْلَةِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَحَكَّهَا بِحَصَاةٍ، ثُمَّ نَهَى أَنْ يَبْزُقَ الرَّجُلُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ أَوْ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ، وَلَكِنْ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ أَوْ تَحْتَ قَدَمِهِ الْيُسْرَى. وَعَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ سَمِعَ حُمَيْدًا عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ نَحْوَهُ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Sa`id:The Prophet (ﷺ) saw sputum on (the wall of) the mosque in the direction of the Qibla and scraped it off with gravel. Then he forbade Spitting in front or on the right, but allowed it on one's left or under one's left foot
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ مدینی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے، کہا ہم سے امام زہری نے حمید بن عبدالرحمٰن سے، انہوں نے ابو سعید خدری سے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مسجد کے قبلہ کی دیوار پر بلغم دیکھا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے کنکری سے کھرچ ڈالا۔ پھر فرمایا کہ کوئی شخص سامنے یا دائیں طرف نہ تھوکے، البتہ بائیں طرف یا بائیں پاؤں کے نیچے تھوک لینا چاہیے۔ دوسری روایت میں زہری سے یوں ہے کہ انہوں نے حمید بن عبدالرحمٰن سے ابو سعید خدری کے واسطہ سے اسی طرح یہ حدیث سنی۔
