Hadith 369 — Livre 8: Prayers (Salat)

Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le jour de Nahr (le 10 Dhul-Hijja, l'année avant le dernier Hajj du Prophète ﷺ, quand Abu Bakr dirigeait les pèlerins), Abu Bakr m'a envoyé avec d'autres pour faire une annonce à Mina : « Aucun polythéiste n'est autorisé à faire le Hajj après cette année, et aucune personne nue n'est autorisée à faire le Tawaf autour de la Ka`ba. » Ensuite, le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a envoyé `Ali pour réciter la sourate Bara'a (at-Tauba) au peuple ; il a donc fait l'annonce avec nous le jour de Nahr à Mina : « Aucun polythéiste n'est autorisé à faire le Hajj après cette année, et aucune personne nue n'est autorisée à faire le Tawaf autour de la Ka`ba. »

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَخِي ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ بَعَثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ فِي تِلْكَ الْحَجَّةِ فِي مُؤَذِّنِينَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ نُؤَذِّنُ بِمِنًى أَنْ لاَ يَحُجَّ بَعْدَ الْعَامِ مُشْرِكٌ، وَلاَ يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ عُرْيَانٌ. قَالَ حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ثُمَّ أَرْدَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلِيًّا، فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُؤَذِّنَ بِبَرَاءَةَ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ فَأَذَّنَ مَعَنَا عَلِيٌّ فِي أَهْلِ مِنًى يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ لاَ يَحُجُّ بَعْدَ الْعَامِ مُشْرِكٌ، وَلاَ يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ عُرْيَانٌ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:On the Day of Nahr (10th of Dhul-Hijja, in the year prior to the last Hajj of the Prophet (ﷺ) when Abu Bakr was the leader of the pilgrims in that Hajj) Abu Bakr sent me along with other announcers to Mina to make a public announcement: "No pagan is allowed to perform Hajj after this year and no naked person is allowed to perform the Tawaf around the Ka`ba. Then Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) sent `Ali to read out the Surat Bara'a (at-Tauba) to the people; so he made the announcement along with us on the day of Nahr in Mina: "No pagan is allowed to perform Hajj after this year and no naked person is allowed to perform the Tawaf around the Ka`ba

ہم سے اسحاق نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے یعقوب بن ابراہیم نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا مجھے میرے بھائی ابن شہاب نے اپنے چچا کے واسطہ سے، انہوں نے کہا مجھے حمید بن عبدالرحمٰن بن عوف نے خبر دی کہ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا کہ اس حج کے موقع پر مجھے ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ نے یوم نحر ( ذی الحجہ کی دسویں تاریخ ) میں اعلان کرنے والوں کے ساتھ بھیجا۔ تاکہ ہم منیٰ میں اس بات کا اعلان کر دیں کہ اس سال کے بعد کوئی مشرک حج نہیں کر سکتا اور کوئی شخص ننگے ہو کر بیت اللہ کا طواف نہیں کر سکتا۔ حمید بن عبدالرحمٰن نے کہا اس کے بعد رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے علی رضی اللہ عنہ کو ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ کے پیچھے بھیجا اور انہیں حکم دیا کہ وہ سورۃ برات پڑھ کر سنا دیں اور اس کے مضامین کا عام اعلان کر دیں۔ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے ہمارے ساتھ نحر کے دن منیٰ میں دسویں تاریخ کو یہ سنایا کہ آج کے بعد کوئی مشرک نہ حج کر سکے گا اور نہ بیت اللہ کا طواف کوئی شخص ننگے ہو کر کر سکے گا۔
