كتاب الاستئذان
Rapporté par Thumama : Anas a dit : « Um Sulaim étendait une natte en cuir pour le Prophète (ﷺ) et il faisait la sieste dessus chez elle. » Anas a ajouté : « Quand le Prophète (ﷺ) dormait, elle recueillait un peu de sa sueur et de ses cheveux, et elle mettait la sueur dans un flacon, puis la mélangeait avec du Suk (un type de parfum) pendant qu'il dormait encore. » Quand Anas bin Malik était sur le point de mourir, il a demandé qu'on mélange un peu de ce Suk avec son Hanut (parfum utilisé pour embaumer les morts), et c'est ce qui a été fait

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الأَنْصَارِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ ثُمَامَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ أُمَّ سُلَيْمٍ، كَانَتْ تَبْسُطُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نِطَعًا فَيَقِيلُ عِنْدَهَا عَلَى ذَلِكَ النِّطَعِ ـ قَالَ ـ فَإِذَا نَامَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَخَذَتْ مِنْ عَرَقِهِ وَشَعَرِهِ، فَجَمَعَتْهُ فِي قَارُورَةٍ، ثُمَّ جَمَعَتْهُ فِي سُكٍّ ـ قَالَ ـ فَلَمَّا حَضَرَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ الْوَفَاةُ أَوْصَى أَنْ يُجْعَلَ فِي حَنُوطِهِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ السُّكِّ ـ قَالَ ـ فَجُعِلَ فِي حَنُوطِهِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Thumama:Anas said, "Um Sulaim used to spread a leather sheet for the Prophet (ﷺ) and he used to take a midday nap on that leather sheet at her home." Anas added, "When the Prophet (ﷺ) had slept, she would take some of his sweat and hair and collect it (the sweat) in a bottle and then mix it with Suk (a kind of perfume) while he was still sleeping. "When the death of Anas bin Malik approached, he advised that some of that Suk be mixed with his Hanut (perfume for embalming the dead body), and it was mixed with his Hanut

ہم سے قتیبہ بن سعید نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے محمد بن عبداللہ انصاری نے، کہا کہ مجھ سے میرے والد نے، ان سے ثمامہ نے اور ان سے انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ ( ان کی والدہ ) ام سلیم، نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لیے چمڑے کا فرش بچھا دیتی تھیں اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کے یہاں اسی پر قیلولہ کر لیتے تھے۔ بیان کیا پھر جب نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سو گئے ( اور بیدار ہوئے ) تو ام سلیم رضی اللہ عنہا نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا پسینہ اور ( جھڑے ہوئے ) آپ کے بال لے لیے اور ( پسینہ کو ) ایک شیشی میں جمع کیا اور پھر «سك» ( ایک خوشبو ) میں اسے ملا لیا۔ بیان کیا ہے کہ پھر جب انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کی وفات کا وقت قریب ہوا تو انہوں نے وصیت کی کہ اس «سك» ( جس میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا پسینہ ملا ہوا تھا ) میں سے ان کے حنوط میں ملا دیا جائے۔ بیان کیا ہے کہ پھر ان کے حنوط میں اسے ملایا گیا۔
