Rapporté par Anas : On lui a demandé ce qu’il pensait de la rémunération de celui qui pratique la saignée. Il a répondu : « Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) s’est fait saigner par `Abd Taiba, à qui il a donné deux Sa de nourriture et il a intercédé auprès de ses maîtres, qui ont alors réduit ce qu’ils lui demandaient chaque jour. Ensuite, le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : “Les meilleurs remèdes que vous pouvez utiliser sont la saignée et l’encens marin.” Il a ajouté : “Ne faites pas souffrir vos enfants en traitant l’angine en appuyant sur les amygdales ou le palais avec le doigt, mais utilisez l’encens.” »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُقَاتِلٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ أَجْرِ الْحَجَّامِ، فَقَالَ احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَجَمَهُ أَبُو طَيْبَةَ، وَأَعْطَاهُ صَاعَيْنِ مِنْ طَعَامٍ، وَكَلَّمَ مَوَالِيَهُ فَخَفَّفُوا عَنْهُ، وَقَالَ " إِنَّ أَمْثَلَ مَا تَدَاوَيْتُمْ بِهِ الْحِجَامَةُ وَالْقُسْطُ الْبَحْرِيُّ ". وَقَالَ " لاَ تُعَذِّبُوا صِبْيَانَكُمْ بِالْغَمْزِ مِنَ الْعُذْرَةِ، وَعَلَيْكُمْ بِالْقُسْطِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Anas:that he was asked about the wages of the one who cups others. He said, 'Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was cupped by `Abd Taiba, to whom he gave two Sa of food and interceded for him with his masters who consequently reduced what they used to charge him daily. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best medicines you may treat yourselves with are cupping and sea incense.' He added, "You should not torture your children by treating tonsillitis by pressing the tonsils or the palate with the finger, but use incense

ہم سے محمد بن مقاتل نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو عبداللہ بن مبارک نے خبر دی، کہا ہم کو حمید الطویل نے خبر دی اور انہیں انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے ان سے پچھنا لگوانے والے کی مزدوری کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا تھا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پچھنا لگوایا تھا آپ کو ابوطیبہ ( نافع یا میسرہ ) نے پچھنا لگایا تھا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں دو صاع کھجور مزدوری میں دی تھی اور آپ نے ان کے مالکوں ( بنو حارثہ ) سے گفتگو کی تو انہوں نے ان سے وصول کئے جانے والے لگان میں کمی کر دی تھی اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ ( خون کے دباؤ کا ) بہترین علاج جو تم کرتے ہو وہ پچھنا لگوانا ہے اور عمدہ دوا عود ہندی کا استعمال کرنا ہے اور فرمایا اپنے بچوں کو «عذرة» ( حلق کی بیماری ) میں ان کا تالو دبا کر تکلیف مت دو بلکہ «قسط» لگا دو اس سے ورم جاتا رہے گا۔
