كتاب المرضى
Rapporté par `Aisha : Pendant la maladie du Prophète (ﷺ), des gens sont venus lui rendre visite. Il a dirigé la prière en étant assis, tandis qu’eux priaient debout, alors il leur a fait signe de s’asseoir. Quand il a terminé la prière, il a dit : « L’imam doit être suivi : quand il s’incline, inclinez-vous ; quand il se relève, relevez-vous ; et s’il prie assis, priez assis. » Abu `Abdullah a dit qu’Al-Humaidi a précisé : « Ce récit a été abrogé par la dernière pratique du Prophète (ﷺ), qui a dirigé la prière assis pendant que les gens priaient debout derrière lui. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ نَاسٌ يَعُودُونَهُ فِي مَرَضِهِ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ جَالِسًا فَجَعَلُوا يُصَلُّونَ قِيَامًا، فَأَشَارَ إِلَيْهِمِ اجْلِسُوا، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ قَالَ " إِنَّ الإِمَامَ لَيُؤْتَمُّ بِهِ، فَإِذَا رَكَعَ فَارْكَعُوا وَإِذَا رَفَعَ فَارْفَعُوا، وَإِنْ صَلَّى جَالِسًا فَصَلُّوا جُلُوسًا ". قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مَنْسُوخٌ لأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم آخِرَ مَا صَلَّى صَلَّى قَاعِدًا وَالنَّاسُ خَلْفَهُ قِيَامٌ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Aisha:During the ailment of the Prophet (ﷺ) some people came to visits him. He led them in prayer while sitting. but they prayed standing, so he waved to them to sit down. When he had finished the prayer, he said, "An Imam is to be followed, so when he bows, you should bow. and when he raises his head, you should raise yours, and if he prays sitting. you should pray sitting." Abu `Abdullah said Al-Humaidi said, (The order of ) "This narration has been abrogated by the last action of the Prophet (ﷺ) as he led the prayer sitting, while the people prayed standing behind him

ہم سے محمد بن مثنیٰ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یحییٰ بن ابی کثیر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ہشام بن عروہ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھے میرے والد نے خبر دی اور انہیں عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ کچھ صحابہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی آپ کے ایک مرض کے دوران مزاج پرسی کرنے آئے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں بیٹھ کر نماز پڑھائی لیکن صحابہ کھڑے ہو کر ہی نماز پڑھ رہے تھے۔ اس لیے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں بیٹھنے کا اشارہ کیا۔ نماز سے فارغ ہونے کے بعد نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ امام اس لیے ہے کہ اس کی اقتداء کی جائے پس جب وہ رکوع کرے تو تم بھی رکوع کرو، جب وہ سر اٹھائے تو تم ( مقتدی ) بھی اٹھاؤ اور اگر وہ بیٹھ کر نماز پڑھے تو تم بھی بیٹھ کر پڑھو۔ ابوعبداللہ امام بخاری رحمہ اللہ نے کہا کہ مطابق قول حمیدی یہ حدیث منسوخ ہے کیونکہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے آخر ( مرض الوفات ) میں نماز بیٹھ کر پڑھائی اور لوگ آپ کے پیچھے کھڑے ہو کر اقتداء کر رہے تھے۔
