Hadith 5560 — Livre 73: Al-Adha Festival Sacrifice (Adaahi)

Rapporté par Al-Bara' : J'ai entendu le Prophète (ﷺ) prononcer un sermon, et il a dit, le jour de l'`Id-Allah : « La première chose que nous ferons aujourd'hui, c'est de prier la prière de l'`Id, puis nous retournerons pour faire nos sacrifices. Celui qui agit ainsi suit notre tradition. Mais celui qui a sacrifié avant la prière, ce qu'il a offert n'est qu'une viande qu'il a donnée à sa famille, ce n'est pas un sacrifice. » Abu Burda s'est levé et a dit : « Ô Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) ! J'ai sacrifié avant la prière et j'ai un Jadha'a qui vaut mieux qu'une vieille brebis. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Sacrifie-le pour compenser, mais cela ne suffira pour personne d'autre après toi. »

حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي زُبَيْدٌ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَخْطُبُ فَقَالَ " إِنَّ أَوَّلَ مَا نَبْدَأُ مِنْ يَوْمِنَا هَذَا أَنْ نُصَلِّيَ، ثُمَّ نَرْجِعَ فَنَنْحَرَ، فَمَنْ فَعَلَ هَذَا فَقَدْ أَصَابَ سُنَّتَنَا، وَمَنْ نَحَرَ فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ لَحْمٌ يُقَدِّمُهُ لأَهْلِهِ، لَيْسَ مِنَ النُّسُكِ فِي شَىْءٍ ". فَقَالَ أَبُو بُرْدَةَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أُصَلِّيَ، وَعِنْدِي جَذَعَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنْ مُسِنَّةٍ. فَقَالَ " اجْعَلْهَا مَكَانَهَا، وَلَنْ تَجْزِيَ أَوْ تُوفِيَ عَنْ أَحَدٍ بَعْدَكَ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Al-Bara':I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) delivering a sermon, and he said (on the Day of `Id-Allah. a), "The first thing we will do on this day of ours is that we will offer the `Id prayer, then we will return and slaughter our sacrifices; and whoever does so, then indeed he has followed our tradition, and whoever slaughtered his sacrifice (before the prayer), what he offered was just meat that he presented to his family, and that was not a sacrifice." Abu Burda got up and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I slaughtered the sacrifice before the prayer and I have got a Jadha'a which is better than an old sheep." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Slaughter it to make up for that, but it will not be sufficient for anybody else after you
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے حجاج بن منہال نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھے زبید نے خبر دی، کہا کہ میں نے شعبی سے سنا، ان سے براء بن عازب رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا، نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم خطبہ دے رہے تھے۔ خطبہ میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ آج کے دن کی ابتداء ہم نماز ( عید ) سے کریں گے پھر واپس آ کر قربانی کریں گے جو شخص اس طرح کرے گا وہ ہماری سنت کو پا لے گا لیکن جس نے ( عید کی نماز سے پہلے ) جانور ذبح کر لیا تو وہ ایسا گوشت ہے جسے اس نے اپنے گھر والوں کے کھانے کے لیے تیار کیا ہے وہ قربانی کسی درجہ میں بھی نہیں۔ ابوبردہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! میں نے تو عید کی نماز سے پہلے قربانی کر لی ہے البتہ میرے پاس ابھی ایک سال سے کم عمر کا ایک بکری کا بچہ ہے اور سال بھر کی بکری سے بہتر ہے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ تم اسی کی قربانی اس کے بدلہ میں کرو لیکن تمہارے بعد یہ کسی کے لیے جائز نہ ہو گا۔
