كتاب الذبائح والصيد
Rapporté par Jundub bin Sufyan Al-Bajali : Une fois, du vivant du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), nous avons offert des animaux en sacrifice. Certaines personnes ont égorgé leurs animaux avant la prière de l’Aïd. Quand le Prophète (ﷺ) a terminé sa prière, il a vu qu’ils avaient déjà sacrifié leurs animaux. Il a dit : « Celui qui a égorgé (son animal) avant la prière doit en sacrifier un autre à la place ; et celui qui ne l’a pas encore fait jusqu’à ce que nous ayons prié doit le faire en prononçant le Nom d’Allah. »

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ جُنْدَبِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ الْبَجَلِيِّ، قَالَ ضَحَّيْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أُضْحِيَّةً ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فَإِذَا أُنَاسٌ قَدْ ذَبَحُوا ضَحَايَاهُمْ قَبْلَ الصَّلاَةِ فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ رَآهُمُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُمْ قَدْ ذَبَحُوا قَبْلَ الصَّلاَةِ فَقَالَ " مَنْ ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ الصَّلاَةِ فَلْيَذْبَحْ مَكَانَهَا أُخْرَى، وَمَنْ كَانَ لَمْ يَذْبَحْ حَتَّى صَلَّيْنَا فَلْيَذْبَحْ عَلَى اسْمِ اللَّهِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Jundub bin Sufyan Al-Bajali:Once during the lifetime of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) we offered some animals as sacrifices. Some people slaughtered their sacrifices before the (Id) prayer, so when the Prophet (ﷺ) finished his prayer, he saw that they had slaughtered their sacrifices before the prayer. He said, "Whoever has slaughtered (his sacrifice) before the prayer, should slaughter (another sacrifice) in lieu of it; and whoever has not yet slaughtered it till we have prayed; should slaughter (it) by mentioning Allah's Name
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے قتیبہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابوعوانہ نے، ان سے اسود بن قیس نے، ان سے جندب بن سفیان بجلی نے بیان کیا کہ ہم نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ایک مرتبہ قربانی کی۔ کچھ لوگوں نے عید کی نماز سے پہلے ہی قربانی کر لی تھی۔ جب نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ( نماز پڑھ کر ) واپس تشریف لائے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دیکھا کہ لوگوں نے اپنی قربانیاں نماز سے پہلے ہی ذبح کر لی ہیں پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جس شخص نے نماز سے پہلے قربانی ذبح کر لی ہو، اسے چاہیئے کہ اس کی جگہ دوسری ذبح کرے اور جس نے نماز پڑھنے سے پہلے نہ ذبح کی ہو اسے چاہیئے کہ اللہ کے نام پر ذبح کرے۔
