Hadith 5484 — Livre 72: Hunting, Slaughtering
كتاب الذبائح والصيد
Rapporté par Adi bin Hatim : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Si tu lâches ton chien sur un gibier en mentionnant le nom d'Allah et que le chien attrape et tue l'animal, alors tu peux en manger. Mais si le chien en mange, tu ne dois pas en manger, car il l'a attrapé pour lui-même. Et si d'autres chiens, en plus du tien, participent à la chasse et que le nom d'Allah n'a pas été mentionné lors de leur envoi, et qu'ils attrapent et tuent un animal, tu ne dois pas en manger, car tu ne sauras pas lequel l'a tué. Et si tu as lancé une flèche sur un gibier et que tu le retrouves mort deux ou trois jours plus tard, sans autre trace que la blessure de ta flèche, alors tu peux en manger. Mais si tu trouves le gibier mort dans l'eau, alors n'en mange pas. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا أَرْسَلْتَ كَلْبَكَ وَسَمَّيْتَ فَأَمْسَكَ وَقَتَلَ، فَكُلْ، وَإِنْ أَكَلَ فَلاَ تَأْكُلْ، فَإِنَّمَا أَمْسَكَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ، وَإِذَا خَالَطَ كِلاَبًا لَمْ يُذْكَرِ اسْمُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا فَأَمْسَكْنَ وَقَتَلْنَ فَلاَ تَأْكُلْ، فَإِنَّكَ لاَ تَدْرِي أَيُّهَا قَتَلَ، وَإِنْ رَمَيْتَ الصَّيْدَ فَوَجَدْتَهُ بَعْدَ يَوْمٍ أَوْ يَوْمَيْنِ، لَيْسَ بِهِ إِلاَّ أَثَرُ سَهْمِكَ، فَكُلْ، وَإِنْ وَقَعَ فِي الْمَاءِ فَلاَ تَأْكُلْ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Adi bin Hatim:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If you let loose your hound after a game and mention Allah's Name on sending it, and the hound catches the game and kills it, then you can eat of it. But if the hound eats of it, then you should not eat thereof, for the hound has caught it for itself. And if along with your hound, joined other hounds, and Allah's Name was not mentioned at the time of their sending, and they catch an animal and kill it, you should not eat of it, for you will not know which of them has killed it. And if you have thrown an arrow at the game and then find it (dead) two or three days later and, it bears no mark other than the wound inflicted by your arrow, then you can eat of it. But if the game is found (dead) in water, then do not eat of it
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے موسیٰ بن اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ثابت بن یزید نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے عاصم بن سلیمان نے بیان کیا، ان سے شعبی نے، ان سے عدی بن حاتم رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جب تم نے اپنا کتا شکار پر چھوڑا اور بسم اللہ بھی پڑھی اور کتے نے شکار پکڑا اور اسے مار ڈالا تو اسے کھاؤ اور اگر اس نے خود بھی کھا لیا تو تم نہ کھاؤ کیونکہ یہ شکار اس نے اپنے لیے پکڑا ہے اور اگر دوسرے کتے جن پر اللہ کا نام نہ لیا گیا ہو، اس کتے کے ساتھ شکار میں شریک ہو جائیں اور شکار پکڑ کر مار ڈالیں تو ایسا شکار نہ کھاؤ کیونکہ تمہیں معلوم نہیں کہ کس کتے نے مارا ہے اور اگر تم نے شکار پر تیر مارا پھر وہ شکار تمہیں دو یا تین دن بعد ملا اور اس پر تمہارے تیر کے نشان کے سوا اور کوئی دوسرا نشان نہیں ہے تو ایسا شکار کھاؤ لیکن اگر وہ پانی میں گر گیا ہو تو نہ کھاؤ۔
