Rapporté par Al-Aswad bin Yazid : J’ai demandé à `Aisha : « Que faisait le Prophète (ﷺ) chez lui ? » Elle a répondu : « Il aidait sa famille, et quand il entendait l’Adhan (l’appel à la prière), il sortait. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَرْعَرَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ مَا كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَصْنَعُ فِي الْبَيْتِ قَالَتْ كَانَ فِي مِهْنَةِ أَهْلِهِ، فَإِذَا سَمِعَ الأَذَانَ خَرَجَ.

Narrated Al-Aswad bin Yazid:I asked `Aisha "What did the Prophet (ﷺ) use to do at home?" She said, "He used to work for his family, and when he heard the Adhan (call for the prayer), he would go out

ہم سے محمد بن عرعرہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے حکم بن عتبہ نے، ان سے ابراہیم نے، ان سے اسود بن یزید نے کہ میں نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے پوچھا کہ گھر میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کیا کیا کرتے تھے؟ ام المؤمنین رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم گھر کے کام کیا کرتے تھے، پھر آپ جب اذان کی آواز سنتے تو باہر چلے جاتے تھے۔
