Rapporté par Ibn `Umar : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a fait accomplir le Lian à un homme et sa femme, et le mari a renié l’enfant. Alors le Prophète les a séparés (par divorce) et a décidé que l’enfant appartenait uniquement à la mère

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لاَعَنَ بَيْنَ رَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَتِهِ، فَانْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهَا فَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا، وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِالْمَرْأَةِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Umar:The Prophet (ﷺ) made a man and his wife carry out Lian, and the husband repudiated her child. So the Prophet got them separated (by divorce) and decided that the child belonged to the mother only

ہم سے یحییٰ بن بکیر نے بیان کیا، کہ ہم سے مالک نے، کہا کہ مجھ سے نافع نے بیان کیا اور ان سے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک صاحب اور ان کی بیوی کے درمیان لعان کرایا تھا۔ پھر ان صاحب نے اپنی بیوی کے لڑکے کا انکار کیا تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دونوں کے درمیان جدائی کرا دی اور لڑکا عورت کو دے دیا۔
