كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Ibn `Umar : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Chacun de vous est un gardien et est responsable de ce dont il a la charge. Le dirigeant est un gardien, l’homme est gardien de sa famille, la femme est gardienne de la maison de son mari et de ses enfants ; ainsi, chacun de vous est un gardien et responsable de ce dont il a la charge. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ، وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ، وَالأَمِيرُ رَاعٍ، وَالرَّجُلُ رَاعٍ عَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ، وَالْمَرْأَةُ رَاعِيَةٌ عَلَى بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا وَوَلَدِهِ، فَكُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Umar:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "All of you are guardians and are responsible for your wards. The ruler is a guardian and the man is a guardian of his family; the lady is a guardian and is responsible for her husband's house and his offspring; and so all of you are guardians and are responsible for your wards
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے عبدان نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم کو عبداللہ نے خبر دی، انہوں نے کہا ہم کو موسیٰ بن عقبہ نے خبر دی، انہیں نافع نے اور انہیں عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ تم میں سے ہر ایک حاکم ہے اور ہر ایک سے اس کی رعیت کے بارے میں سوال ہو گا۔ امیر ( حاکم ) ہے، مرد اپنے گھر والوں پر حاکم ہے۔ عورت اپنے شوہر کے گھر اور اس کے بچوں پر حاکم ہے۔ تم میں سے ہر ایک حاکم ہے اور ہر ایک سے اس کی رعیت کے بارے میں سوال ہو گا۔
