Rapporté par Sa`d bin Abi Waqqas : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a interdit à `Uthman bin Maz'un de s’abstenir de se marier (et des autres plaisirs), et s’il lui avait permis, nous nous serions fait castrer

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، سَمِعَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، يَقُولُ رَدَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مَظْعُونٍ التَّبَتُّلَ، وَلَوْ أَذِنَ لَهُ لاَخْتَصَيْنَا.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Sa`d bin Abi Waqqas:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade `Uthman bin Maz'un to abstain from marrying (and other pleasures) and if he had allowed him, we would have gotten ourselves castrated

ہم سے احمد بن یونس نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابراہیم بن سعد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو ابن شہاب نے خبر دی، انہوں نے سعید بن مسیب سے سنا، وہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سعد بن ابی وقاص رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے «تبتل» یعنی عورتوں سے الگ رہنے کی زندگی سے منع فرمایا تھا۔ اگر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم انہیں اجازت دے دیتے تو ہم تو خصی ہی ہو جاتے۔
