كتاب فضائل القرآن
Rapporté par `Abdullah : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Pourquoi certains disent-ils : ‘J’ai oublié tels ou tels versets (du Coran)’ ? En réalité, c’est Allah qui lui a fait oublier. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا لأَحَدِهِمْ يَقُولُ نَسِيتُ آيَةَ كَيْتَ وَكَيْتَ. بَلْ هُوَ نُسِّيَ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdullah:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Why does anyone of the people say, 'I have forgotten such-and-such Verses (of the Qur'an)?' He, in fact, is caused (by Allah) to forget

ہم سے ابونعیم نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے منصور نے، ان سے ابووائل نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ کسی کے لیے یہ مناسب نہیں کہ یہ کہے کہ میں فلاں فلاں آیتیں بھول گیا بلکہ اسے ( یوں کہنا چاہئے ) کہ میں فلاں فلاں آیتوں کو بھلا دیا گیا۔
