Rapporté par Masriq : `Abdullah bin `Amr a parlé de `Abdullah bin Masud et a dit : « J'aimerai toujours cet homme, car j'ai entendu le Prophète (ﷺ) dire : Apprenez le Coran de quatre personnes : `Abdullah bin Masud, Salim, Mu`adh et Ubai bin Ka`b. »

حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، ذَكَرَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ فَقَالَ لاَ أَزَالُ أُحِبُّهُ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " خُذُوا الْقُرْآنَ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ مِنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَسَالِمٍ وَمُعَاذٍ وَأُبَىِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Masriq:`Abdullah bin `Amr mentioned `Abdullah bin Masud and said, "I shall ever love that man, for I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, 'Take (learn) the Qur'an from four: `Abdullah bin Masud, Salim, Mu`adh and Ubai bin Ka`b

ہم سے حفص بن عمر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عمرو بن مرہ نے، ان سے ابراہیم نخعی نے، ان سے مسروق نے کہ عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص نے عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کا ذکر کیا اور کہا کہ اس وقت سے ان کی محبت میرے دل میں گھر کر گئی ہے جب سے میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ کہتے ہوئے سنا کہ قرآن مجید کو چار اصحاب سے حاصل کرو جو عبداللہ بن مسعود، سالم، معاذ اور ابی بن کعب ہیں۔
