كتاب تفسير النبي ﷺ
Rapporté par Zirr bin Hubaish : J’ai demandé à Ubai bin Ka`b : « Ô Abu Al-Mundhir ! Ton frère, Ibn Mas`ud, a dit telle ou telle chose (c’est-à-dire que les deux Mu’awwidhat ne font pas partie du Coran). » Ubai a dit : « J’ai interrogé le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) à leur sujet, et il a dit : ‘Elles m’ont été révélées, et je les ai récitées (comme faisant partie du Coran).’ » Alors Ubai a ajouté : « Nous disons donc comme l’a dit le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ). »

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ أَبِي لُبَابَةَ، عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ، وَحَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ، عَنْ زِرٍّ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أُبَىَّ بْنَ كَعْبٍ قُلْتُ يَا أَبَا الْمُنْذِرِ إِنَّ أَخَاكَ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ يَقُولُ كَذَا وَكَذَا. فَقَالَ أُبَىٌّ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ لِي قِيلَ لِي. فَقُلْتُ، قَالَ فَنَحْنُ نَقُولُ كَمَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Zirr bin Hubaish:I asked Ubai bin Ka`b, "O Abu AlMundhir! Your brother, Ibn Mas`ud said so-and-so (i.e., the two Mu'awwidh-at do not belong to the Qur'an)." Ubai said, "I asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) about them, and he said, 'They have been revealed to me, and I have recited them (as a part of the Qur'an)," So Ubai added, "So we say as Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) has said
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے سفیان ثوری نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبدہ بن ابی لبابہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے زر بن حبیش نے (سفیان نے کہا) اور ہم سے عاصم نے بھی بیان کیا، ان سے زر نے بیان کیا کہ میں نے ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا کہ یا اباالمنذر! آپ کے بھائی عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ تو یہ کہتے ہیں کہ سورۃ معوذتین قرآن میں داخل نہیں ہیں۔ ابی بن کعب نے کہا کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس بات کو پوچھا تھا۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھ سے فرمایا کہ ( جبرائیل علیہ السلام کی زبانی ) مجھ سے یوں کہا گیا کہ ایسا کہئیے اور میں نے کہا، ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ ہم بھی وہی کہتے ہیں جیسا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا تھا۔
