Rapporté par Ibn `Abbas : (à propos du verset) : « Vous passerez sûrement d’un état à un autre (dans cette vie et dans l’Au-delà). » (Cela signifie) d’une situation à une autre. Cela concerne votre Prophète

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ، أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ، جَعْفَرُ بْنُ إِيَاسٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ {لَتَرْكَبُنَّ طَبَقًا عَنْ طَبَقٍ} حَالاً بَعْدَ حَالٍ، قَالَ هَذَا نَبِيُّكُمْ صلى الله عليه وسلم.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Abbas:(as regards the Verse):--'You shall surely travel from stage to stage (in this life and in the Hereafter).' (It means) from one state to another. That concerns your Prophet

ہم سے سعید بن نضر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو ہشیم نے خبر دی، کہا مجھ کو ابوبشر جعفر بن ایاس نے خبر دی، ان سے مجاہد نے بیان کیا کہ ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا «لتركبن طبقا عن طبق» یعنی ”تم کو ضرور ایک حالت کے بعد دوسرے حالت پر پہنچنا ہے۔“ بیان کیا کہ یہاں مراد نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہیں کہ آپ کو کامیابی رفتہ رفتہ حاصل ہو گی۔
