كتاب تفسير النبي ﷺ
Rapporté par Ibn `Umar : Un homme accusa sa femme d’adultère et nia être le père de l’enfant qu’elle portait du vivant du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ). Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) leur ordonna de faire la Mula’ana comme Allah l’a prescrit, puis il décida que l’enfant serait attribué à la mère, et un divorce fut prononcé pour le couple impliqué dans une affaire de Mula’ana

حَدَّثَنَا مُقَدَّمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَمِّي الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، وَقَدْ سَمِعَ مِنْهُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ رَجُلاً، رَمَى امْرَأَتَهُ فَانْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهَا فِي زَمَانِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَمَرَ بِهِمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَتَلاَعَنَا كَمَا قَالَ اللَّهُ، ثُمَّ قَضَى بِالْوَلَدِ لِلْمَرْأَةِ وَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَ الْمُتَلاَعِنَيْنِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Umar:A man accused his wife of illegal sexual intercourse and denied his paternity to her (conceived) child during the lifetime of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ). Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) ordered them both to do Mula'ana as Allah decreed and then gave his decision that the child would be for the mother, and a divorce decree was issued for the couple involved in a case of Mula'ana
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے مقدم بن محمد بن یحییٰ نے بیان کیا، کہا مجھ سے میرے چچا قاسم بن یحییٰ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبیداللہ نے، قاسم نے عبیداللہ سے سنا تھا اور عبیداللہ نے نافع سے اور انہوں نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے کہ ایک صاحب نے اپنی بیوی پر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانہ میں ایک غیر مرد کے ساتھ تہمت لگائی اور کہا کہ عورت کا حمل میرا نہیں ہے۔ چنانچہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے حکم سے دونوں میاں بیوی نے اللہ کے فرمان کے مطابق لعان کیا۔ اس کے بعد نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بچہ کے بارے میں فیصلہ کیا کہ وہ عورت ہی کا ہو گا اور لعان کرنے والے دونوں میاں بیوی میں جدائی کروا دی۔
