Rapporté par Ibn ‘Abbas : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a envoyé une lettre à Khosrau avec ‘Abdullah bin Hudhafa As-Sahmi et lui a dit de la remettre au gouverneur de Bahreïn. Le gouverneur de Bahreïn l’a transmise à Khosrau, qui, après l’avoir lue, l’a déchirée en morceaux. (Le sous-narrateur ajoute : « Je pense qu’Ibn Al-Musayyab a dit : ‘Le Messager d’Allah a invoqué (Allah) pour qu’ils soient tous déchirés, Khosrau et ses compagnons.’ »

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعَثَ بِكِتَابِهِ إِلَى كِسْرَى مَعَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُذَافَةَ السَّهْمِيِّ، فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَدْفَعَهُ إِلَى عَظِيمِ الْبَحْرَيْنِ، فَدَفَعَهُ عَظِيمُ الْبَحْرَيْنِ إِلَى كِسْرَى، فَلَمَّا قَرَأَهُ مَزَّقَهُ ـ فَحَسِبْتُ أَنَّ ابْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ قَالَ ـ فَدَعَا عَلَيْهِمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُمَزَّقُوا كُلَّ مُمَزَّقٍ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Abbas:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) sent a letter to Khosrau with `Abdullah bin Hudhafa As-Sahmi and told him to hand it over to the governor of Al-Bahrain. The governor of Al-Bahrain handed it over to Khosrau, and when he read the latter, he tore it into pieces. (The sub-narrator added, "I think that Ibn Al-Musaiyab said, 'Allah's Apostle invoked (Allah) to tear them all (Khosrau and his companions) totally into pieces

ہم سے اسحاق بن رباح نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے یعقوب بن ابراہیم نے بیان کیا، ان سے ان کے والد (ابراہیم بن سعد) نے بیان کیا، ان سے صالح بن کیسان نے، ان سے ابن شہاب نے بیان کیا، انہیں عبیداللہ بن عبداللہ نے خبر دی اور انہیں عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے خبر دی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ( شاہ فارس ) کسریٰ کے پاس اپنا خط عبداللہ بن حذافہ سہمی رضی اللہ عنہ کو دے کر بھیجا اور انہیں حکم دیا کہ یہ خط بحرین کے گورنر کو دے دیں ( جو کسریٰ کا عالم تھا ) کسریٰ نے جب آپ کا خط مبارک پڑھا تو اس کے ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کر دئیے۔ میرا خیال ہے کہ ابن مسیب نے بیان کیا کہ پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کے لیے بددعا کی کہ وہ بھی ٹکڑے ٹکڑے ہو جائیں۔
