Rapporté par le père de Hisham : En ma présence, on a demandé à Usama à quelle allure le Prophète (ﷺ) avançait pendant son pèlerinage. Il a répondu : « C’était une allure modérée et tranquille, et s’il trouvait un espace dégagé, il accélérait. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ، سُئِلَ أُسَامَةُ وَأَنَا شَاهِدٌ، عَنْ سَيْرِ النَّبِيِّ، صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي حَجَّتِهِ. فَقَالَ الْعَنَقَ، فَإِذَا وَجَدَ فَجْوَةً نَصَّ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Hisham's father:In my presence, Usama was asked about the speed of the Prophet (ﷺ) during his Hajj. He replied, "It was Al-`Anaq (i.e. moderate easy speed) and if he encountered an open space, he used to increase his speed

ہم سے مسدد بن مسرہد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یحییٰ بن سعید قطان نے بیان کیا، ان سے ہشام بن عروہ نے بیان کیا کہ مجھ سے میرے والد عروہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ اسامہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے حجۃ الوداع کے موقع پر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی ( سفر میں ) رفتار کے متعلق پوچھا گیا تو انہوں نے کہا کہ بیچ کی چال چلتے تھے اور جب کشادہ جگہ ملتی تو اس سے تیز چلتے تھے۔
