Hadith 3919 — Livre 63: Merits of the Helpers in Madinah (Ansaar)
كتاب مناقب الأنصار
Rapporté par Anas : (le serviteur du Prophète) Quand le Prophète (ﷺ) est arrivé à Médine, il n’y avait aucun compagnon du Prophète (ﷺ) qui avait les cheveux gris et noirs, sauf Abu Bakr, et il teignait ses cheveux avec du henné et du katam (c’est-à-dire des plantes utilisées pour teindre les cheveux)

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حِمْيَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْلَةَ، أَنَّ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ وَسَّاجٍ، حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ، خَادِمِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ قَدِمَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَلَيْسَ فِي أَصْحَابِهِ أَشْمَطُ غَيْرَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، فَغَلَفَهَا بِالْحِنَّاءِ وَالْكَتَمِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Anas:(the servant of the Prophet) When the Prophet (ﷺ) arrived (at Medina), there was not a single companion of the Prophet (ﷺ) who had grey and black hair except Abu Bakr, and he dyed his hair with Henna' and Katam (i.e. plants used for dying hair)

ہم سے سلیمان بن عبدالرحمٰن نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے محمد بن حمیر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابراہیم بن ابی عبلہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عقبہ بن وساج نے بیان کیا اور ان سے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے خادم انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ جب نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ( مدینہ منورہ ) تشریف لائے تو ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ کے سوا اور کوئی آپ کے اصحاب میں ایسا نہیں تھا جس کے بال سفید ہو رہے ہوں، اس لیے آپ نے مہندی اور وسمہ کا خضاب استعمال کیا تھا۔
