Hadith 3907 — Livre 63: Merits of the Helpers in Madinah (Ansaar)

Rapporté par Asma : J’ai préparé la nourriture de voyage pour le Prophète (ﷺ) et Abu Bakr quand ils voulaient partir à Médine. J’ai dit à mon père (Abu Bakr) : « Je n’ai rien pour attacher le récipient de nourriture sauf ma ceinture. » Il a dit : « Coupe-la en deux dans la longueur. » Je l’ai fait, et c’est pour cela qu’on m’a appelée ‘Dhat-un-Nitaqain’ (la femme aux deux ceintures). (Ibn `Abbas a dit : « Asma, Dhat-un-Nitaq. »)

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، وَفَاطِمَةَ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ، رضى الله عنها صَنَعْتُ سُفْرَةً لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ حِينَ أَرَادَا الْمَدِينَةَ، فَقُلْتُ لأَبِي مَا أَجِدُ شَيْئًا أَرْبُطُهُ إِلاَّ نِطَاقِي. قَالَ فَشُقِّيهِ. فَفَعَلْتُ، فَسُمِّيتُ ذَاتَ النِّطَاقَيْنِ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Asma:I prepared the journey food for the Prophet (ﷺ) and Abu Bakr when they wanted (to migrate to) Medina. I said to my father (Abu Bakr), "I do not have anything to tie the container of the journey food with except my waist belt." He said, "Divide it lengthwise into two." I did so, and for this reason I was named 'Dhat-un-Nitaqain' (i.e. the owner of two belts). (Ibn `Abbas said, "Asma', Dhat-un-Nitaq)

ہم سے عبداللہ بن ابی شیبہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابواسامہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ہشام بن عروہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے ان کے والد اور فاطمہ بنت منذر نے اور ان سے اسماء رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ جب نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ مدینہ ہجرت کر کے جانے لگے تو میں نے آپ دونوں کے لیے ناشتہ تیار کیا۔ میں نے اپنے والد ( ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ ) سے کہا کہ میرے پٹکے کے سوا اور کوئی چیز اس وقت میرے پاس ایسی نہیں جس سے میں اس ناشتہ کو باندھ دوں۔ اس پر انہوں نے کہا کہ پھر اس کے دو ٹکڑے کر لو۔ چنانچہ میں نے ایسا ہی کیا اور اس وقت سے میرا نام ذات النطاقین ( دو پٹکوں والی ) ہو گیا اور ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے اسماء کو «ذات النطاقين.» کہا۔
