Hadith 3892 — Livre 63: Merits of the Helpers in Madinah (Ansaar)
كتاب مناقب الأنصار
Rapporté par 'Ubada bin As-Samit : Qui avait participé à la bataille de Badr avec le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) et faisait partie de ses compagnons la nuit du pacte d’Al-`Aqaba : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), entouré d’un groupe de ses compagnons, a dit : « Venez me donner l’allégeance que vous n’adorerez rien en dehors d’Allah, que vous ne volerez pas, que vous ne commettrez pas de relations interdites, que vous ne tuerez pas vos enfants, que vous ne proférerez pas de calomnies inventées par vous-mêmes, et que vous ne me désobéirez pas si je vous ordonne quelque chose de bien. Celui d’entre vous qui respecte et tient ce pacte sera récompensé par Allah. Et si l’un de vous commet l’un de ces péchés et est puni dans ce monde, cela sera son expiation. Mais si l’un de vous commet l’un de ces péchés et qu’Allah le couvre, alors son sort dépendra d’Allah : s’Il veut, Il le punira, et s’Il veut, Il lui pardonnera. » J’ai donc donné mon allégeance au Prophète (ﷺ) pour ces conditions

حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَخِي ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو إِدْرِيسَ، عَائِذُ اللَّهِ أَنَّ عُبَادَةَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ ـ مِنَ الَّذِينَ شَهِدُوا بَدْرًا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَمِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ لَيْلَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ ـ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ وَحَوْلَهُ عِصَابَةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ " تَعَالَوْا بَايِعُونِي عَلَى أَنْ لاَ تُشْرِكُوا بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا، وَلاَ تَسْرِقُوا، وَلاَ تَزْنُوا، وَلاَ تَقْتُلُوا أَوْلاَدَكُمْ، وَلاَ تَأْتُونَ بِبُهْتَانٍ تَفْتَرُونَهُ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَأَرْجُلِكُمْ، وَلاَ تَعْصُونِي فِي مَعْرُوفٍ، فَمَنْ وَفَى مِنْكُمْ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ، وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا فَعُوقِبَ بِهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَهْوَ لَهُ كَفَّارَةٌ، وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا فَسَتَرَهُ اللَّهُ فَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ، إِنْ شَاءَ عَاقَبَهُ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ عَفَا عَنْهُ ". قَالَ فَبَايَعْتُهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated 'Ubada bin As-Samit:Who had taken part in the battle of Badr with Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and had been amongst his companions on the night of Al-`Aqaba Pledge: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), surrounded by a group of his companions said, "Come along and give me the pledge of allegiance that you will not worship anything besides Allah, will not steal, will not commit illegal sexual intercourse will not kill your children, will not utter; slander, invented by yourself, and will not disobey me if I order you to do something good. Whoever among you will respect and fulfill this pledge, will be rewarded by Allah. And if one of you commits any of these sins and is punished in this world then that will be his expiation for it, and if one of you commits any of these sins and Allah screens his sin, then his matter, will rest with Allah: If He will, He will punish him and if He will,. He will excuse him." So I gave the pledge of allegiance to him for these conditions

مجھ سے اسحاق بن منصور نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم کو یعقوب بن ابراہیم نے خبر دی، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے ہمارے بھتیجے ابن شہاب نے بیان کیا، ان سے ان کے چچا نے بیان کیا اور انہوں نے کہا کہ ہمیں ابوادریس عائذ اللہ بن عبداللہ نے خبر دی کہ عبادہ بن صامت رضی اللہ عنہ ان صحابہ میں سے تھے جنہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ بدر کی لڑائی میں شرکت کی تھی اور عقبہ کی رات نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے عہد کیا تھا۔ انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا اس وقت آپ کے پاس صحابہ کی ایک جماعت تھی، کہ آؤ مجھ سے اس بات کا عہد کرو کہ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ ٹھہراؤ گے، چوری نہ کرو گے، زنا نہ کرو گے، اپنی اولاد کو قتل نہ کرو گے، اپنی طرف سے گھڑ کر کسی پر تہمت نہ لگاؤ گے اور اچھی باتوں میں میری نافرمانی نہ کرو گے، پس جو شخص اپنے اس عہد پر قائم رہے گا اس کا اجر اللہ کے ذمہ ہے اور جس شخص نے اس میں کمی کی اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے اسے چھپا رہنے دیا تو اس کا معاملہ اللہ کے اختیار میں ہے، چاہے تو اس پر سزا دے اور چاہے معاف کر دے۔ عبادہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا چنانچہ میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ان امور پر بیعت کی۔
