Rapporté par Yahya bin Sa`id : Il a entendu Anas bin Malik, alors qu’il l’accompagnait chez Al-Walid, dire : « Un jour, le Prophète (ﷺ) a réuni les Ansar pour leur donner le territoire de Bahreïn. Ils ont dit : ‘Non, sauf si tu donnes à nos frères émigrés une part égale.’ Il a alors dit : ‘Si vous n’acceptez pas, alors soyez patients jusqu’à ce que vous me retrouviez, car après moi d’autres seront préférés à vous.’ »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ حِينَ خَرَجَ مَعَهُ إِلَى الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ دَعَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم الأَنْصَارَ إِلَى أَنْ يُقْطِعَ لَهُمُ الْبَحْرَيْنِ. فَقَالُوا لاَ، إِلاَّ أَنْ تُقْطِعَ لإِخْوَانِنَا مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ مِثْلَهَا. قَالَ " إِمَّا لاَ، فَاصْبِرُوا حَتَّى تَلْقَوْنِي، فَإِنَّهُ سَيُصِيبُكُمْ بَعْدِي أُثْرَةٌ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Yahya bin Sa`id:That he heard Anas bin Malik when he went with him to Al-Walid, saying, "Once the Prophet (ﷺ) called the Ansar in order to give them the territory of Bahrain they said, 'No, unless you give to our emigrant brethren a similar share.' On that he said 'If you do not agree to it, then be patient till you meet me, for after me others will be given preference to you
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے عبداللہ بن محمد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان ثوری نے بیان کیا، ان سے یحییٰ بن سعید نے، انہوں نے انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا جب وہ انس رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ خلیفہ ولید بن عبدالملک کے یہاں جانے کے لیے نکلے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انصار کو بلایا تاکہ بحرین کا ملک بطور جاگیر انہیں عطا فرما دیں۔ انصار نے کہا جب تک آپ ہمارے بھائی مہاجرین کو بھی اسی جیسی جاگیر نہ عطا فرمائیں ہم اسے قبول نہیں کریں گے۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”دیکھو جب آج تم قبول نہیں کرتے ہو تو پھر میرے بعد بھی صبر کرنا یہاں تک کہ مجھ سے آ ملو، کیونکہ میرے بعد قریب ہی تمہاری حق تلفی ہونے والی ہے۔“
