كتاب فضائل أصحاب النبي ﷺ
Rapporté par `Ali : Fatima se plaignait de la fatigue causée par le moulin à main. Des captifs furent amenés au Prophète, elle alla le voir mais ne le trouva pas à la maison. `Aisha était présente, et Fatima lui parla de son désir d’avoir un serviteur. Quand le Prophète (ﷺ) revint, `Aisha l’informa de la visite de Fatima. `Ali ajouta : « Le Prophète (ﷺ) est alors venu chez nous alors que nous étions déjà couchés. J’ai voulu me lever, mais le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : “Reste à ta place.” Il s’est assis entre nous jusqu’à ce que je sente la fraîcheur de ses pieds sur ma poitrine. Puis il a dit : “Voulez-vous que je vous apprenne quelque chose de meilleur que ce que vous m’avez demandé ? Quand vous allez vous coucher, dites ‘Allahu Akbar’ trente-quatre fois, ‘Subhan Allah’ trente-trois fois et ‘Al hamdu li-llah’ trente-trois fois. C’est mieux pour vous deux qu’un serviteur.” »

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ، أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ، عَلَيْهَا السَّلاَمُ شَكَتْ مَا تَلْقَى مِنْ أَثَرِ الرَّحَا، فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم سَبْىٌ، فَانْطَلَقَتْ فَلَمْ تَجِدْهُ، فَوَجَدَتْ عَائِشَةَ، فَأَخْبَرَتْهَا، فَلَمَّا جَاءَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَخْبَرَتْهُ عَائِشَةُ بِمَجِيءِ فَاطِمَةَ، فَجَاءَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَيْنَا، وَقَدْ أَخَذْنَا مَضَاجِعَنَا، فَذَهَبْتُ لأَقُومَ فَقَالَ " عَلَى مَكَانِكُمَا ". فَقَعَدَ بَيْنَنَا حَتَّى وَجَدْتُ بَرْدَ قَدَمَيْهِ عَلَى صَدْرِي وَقَالَ " أَلاَ أُعَلِّمُكُمَا خَيْرًا مِمَّا سَأَلْتُمَانِي إِذَا أَخَذْتُمَا مَضَاجِعَكُمَا تُكَبِّرَا أَرْبَعًا وَثَلاَثِينَ، وَتُسَبِّحَا ثَلاَثًا وَثَلاَثِينَ، وَتَحْمَدَا ثَلاَثَةً وَثَلاَثِينَ، فَهْوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمَا مِنْ خَادِمٍ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Ali:Fatima complained of the suffering caused to her by the hand mill. Some Captives were brought to the Prophet, so she came to him but did not find him at home. `Aisha was present there to whom she told (of her desire for a servant). When the Prophet (ﷺ) came, Aisha informed him about Fatima's visit. `Ali added "So the Prophet (ﷺ) came to us, while we had gone to our bed. I wanted to get up but the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Remain at your place". Then he sat down between us till I found the coolness of his feet on my chest. Then he said, "Shall I teach you a thing which is better than what you have asked me? When you go to bed, say, 'Allahu-Akbar' thirty-four times, and 'Subhan Allah thirty-three times, and 'Al hamdu-li l-lah thirty-three times for that is better for you both than a servant

ہم سے محمد بن بشار نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے غندر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے حکم نے، انہوں نے ابن ابی لیلیٰ سے سنا، کہا ہم سے علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ فاطمہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے ( نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ) چکی پیسنے کی تکلیف کی شکایت کی، اس کے بعد آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس کچھ قیدی آئے تو فاطمہ رضی اللہ عنہا آپ کے پاس آئیں لیکن آپ موجود نہیں تھے۔ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے ان کی ملاقات ہوئی تو ان سے اس کے بارے میں انہوں نے بات کی جب نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تشریف لائے تو عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فاطمہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے آنے کی اطلاع دی، اس پر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم خود ہمارے گھر تشریف لائے، اس وقت ہم اپنے بستروں پر لیٹ چکے تھے، میں نے چاہا کہ کھڑا ہو جاؤں لیکن آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ یوں ہی لیٹے رہو، اس کے بعد آپ ہم دونوں کے درمیان بیٹھ گئے اور میں نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے قدموں کی ٹھنڈک اپنے سینے میں محسوس کی،۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ تم لوگوں نے مجھ سے جو طلب کیا ہے کیا میں تمہیں اس سے اچھی بات نہ بتاؤں، جب تم سونے کے لیے بستر پر لیٹو تو چونتیس مرتبہ اللہ اکبر، تینتیس مرتبہ سبحان اللہ اور تینتیس مرتبہ الحمدللہ پڑھ لیا کرو، یہ عمل تمہارے لیے کسی خادم سے بہتر ہے۔
