كتاب مناقب النبي ﷺ
Rapporté par Usama : Un jour, le Prophète (ﷺ) s’est tenu sur l’un des bâtiments élevés de Médine et a dit : « Voyez-vous ce que je vois ? Je vois les épreuves s’abattre sur vous comme des gouttes de pluie. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ أَشْرَفَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى أُطُمٍ مِنَ الآطَامِ، فَقَالَ " هَلْ تَرَوْنَ مَا أَرَى إِنِّي أَرَى الْفِتَنَ تَقَعُ خِلاَلَ بُيُوتِكُمْ مَوَاقِعَ الْقَطْرِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Usama:Once the Prophet (ﷺ) stood on one of the high buildings (of Medina) and said, "Do you see what I see? I see affliction pouring among your houses like raindrops

ہم سے ابونعیم نے بیان کیا، ان سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے زہری نے، ان سے عروہ بن زبیر نے اور ان سے اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ایک مرتبہ مدینہ کے ایک بلند ٹیلہ پر چڑھے اور فرمایا ”جو کچھ میں دیکھ رہا ہوں کیا تمہیں بھی نظر آ رہا ہے؟ میں فتنوں کو دیکھ رہا ہوں کہ تمہارے گھروں میں وہ اس طرح گر رہے ہیں جیسے بارش کی بوندیں گرا کرتیں ہیں۔“
