Rapporté par `Aisha : Le 1er de Dhul-Hijja, nous sommes partis pour faire le Hajj. Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Celui qui veut prendre l’ihram pour la `Umra peut le faire. Si je n’avais pas amené l’animal à sacrifier, j’aurais pris l’ihram pour la `Umra. » Certains d’entre nous ont pris l’ihram pour la `Umra, d’autres pour le Hajj. J’étais parmi celles qui ont pris l’ihram pour la `Umra. J’ai eu mes règles et elles ont duré jusqu’au jour de `Arafat. J’en ai parlé au Prophète. Il m’a dit de reporter ma `Umra, de défaire et peigner mes cheveux, et de prendre l’ihram pour le Hajj, ce que j’ai fait. La nuit de Hasba, il a envoyé mon frère `Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Bakr avec moi à at-Tan`im, où j’ai pris l’ihram pour la `Umra à la place de la précédente. Hisham a dit : « Pour cette `Umra, il n’y avait pas besoin de sacrifice, de jeûne ou d’aumône. »

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ خَرَجْنَا مُوَافِينَ لِهِلاَلِ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَلْيُهْلِلْ، فَإِنِّي لَوْلاَ أَنِّي أَهْدَيْتُ لأَهْلَلْتُ بِعُمْرَةٍ ". فَأَهَلَّ بَعْضُهُمْ بِعُمْرَةٍ، وَأَهَلَّ بَعْضُهُمْ بِحَجٍّ، وَكُنْتُ أَنَا مِمَّنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ، فَأَدْرَكَنِي يَوْمُ عَرَفَةَ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ، فَشَكَوْتُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " دَعِي عُمْرَتَكِ، وَانْقُضِي رَأْسَكِ وَامْتَشِطِي، وَأَهِلِّي بِحَجٍّ ". فَفَعَلْتُ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ لَيْلَةُ الْحَصْبَةِ أَرْسَلَ مَعِي أَخِي عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، فَخَرَجْتُ إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ، فَأَهْلَلْتُ بِعُمْرَةٍ مَكَانَ عُمْرَتِي. قَالَ هِشَامٌ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ فِي شَىْءٍ مِنْ ذَلِكَ هَدْىٌ وَلاَ صَوْمٌ وَلاَ صَدَقَةٌ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Aisha:On the 1st of Dhul-Hijja we set out with the intention of performing Hajj. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Any one who likes to assume the Ihram for `Umra he can do so. Had I not brought the Hadi with me, I would have assumed the Ihram for `Umra. "Some of us assumed the Ihram for `Umra while the others assumed the Ihram for Hajj. I was one of those who assumed the Ihram for `Umra. I got menses and kept on menstruating until the day of `Arafat and complained of that to the Prophet. He told me to postpone my `Umra, undo and comb my hair, and to assume the Ihram of Hajj and I did so. On the night of Hasba, he sent my brother `Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Bakr with me to at-Tan`im, where I assumed the Ihram for `Umra in lieu of the previous one. Hisham said, "For that (`Umra) no Hadi, fasting or alms were required

ہم سے عبید بن اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے ابواسامہ حماد نے ہشام بن عروہ کے واسطے سے بیان کیا، انہوں نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے کہ انہوں نے فرمایا ہم ذی الحجہ کا چاند دیکھتے ہی نکلے۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جس کا دل چاہے تو اسے عمرہ کا احرام باندھ لینا چاہیے۔ کیونکہ اگر میں ہدی ساتھ نہ لاتا تو میں بھی عمرہ کا احرام باندھتا۔ اس پر بعض صحابہ نے عمرہ کا احرام باندھا اور بعض نے حج کا۔ میں بھی ان لوگوں میں سے تھی جنہوں نے عمرہ کا احرام باندھا تھا۔ مگر عرفہ کا دن آ گیا اور میں حیض کی حالت میں تھی۔ میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس کے متعلق شکایت کی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ عمرہ چھوڑ اور اپنا سر کھول اور کنگھا کر اور حج کا احرام باندھ لے۔ میں نے ایسا ہی کیا۔ یہاں تک کہ جب حصبہ کی رات آئی تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے میرے ساتھ میرے بھائی عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی بکر کو بھیجا۔ میں تنعیم میں گئی اور وہاں سے اپنے عمرہ کے بدلے دوسرے عمرہ کا احرام باندھا۔ ہشام نے کہا کہ ان میں سے کسی بات کی وجہ سے بھی نہ ہدی واجب ہوئی اور نہ روزہ اور نہ صدقہ۔ ( تنعیم حد حرم سے قریب تین میل دور ایک مقام کا نام ہے ) ۔
